The location is good, near Shibuya train station, tourist area, many kinds of restos, souvenirs, department stores, and convenient stores. I will be back again here.

the breakfast was simple although the room rate was high. To me it's not worth the money you spend but it's ok

The location is very strategic, close to everywhere. Just walk a few minutes from the station although the road is a bit uphill. Restaurants, department stores, don quijote are very close to the hotel. I booked a triple room, the room was a bit cramped like most hotels in Japan. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Small room but cozy and fully equipped. Convenient to travel to shopping, entertainment and train stations.

At least they still use humans at the front desk. Room spacious and comfortable. Also large bathroom and fully complete amenity kit. This hotel doesn't provide any water dispensers.

Hotel reception was very nice to assist us with our luggage shipping to Osaka. The staff took extra step to called the hotel in osaka and then We only knew that our osaka hotel only accommodates self check in hence we were unable to ship our luggage over. Hotel reception then assisted us in finding the nearest station we can ship our luggage to which was 5 mins away. Thank you!

Shibuya Tobu Hotel is a very strategic place, I am very happy to be able to stay at this hotel, even though the hotel is old, but the room for two is bigger than other similarly priced hotels. On the left side of the hotel there is a level, right there is a family mart. On the left side there is a melon pan, and Starbucks, on the right there are many shopping places from Apple Store, Tokyu Hands, Shibuya 109, really close. Very strategic hotel, and really recommend.

Very convenient location to go shopping, although a bit far from the subway, about 5p walk. clean hotel, helpful staff, small room but enough for 2 people to sleep and for 2 large suitcases, I will return

I would give 7 out of 10. The hotel room was old and the room settings are out dated. The location however is perfect👍🏽 The staffs at receptionist were quite ok in helping us.

The hotel is very close to shopping and food centers. Next to the hotel is the familymart, if I go to Tokyo I will stay at the Tobu hotel again.
