Definitely a disaster. I came there and got a room, when I entered the sheets were dirty, the phone was not working, the room was noisy because it was near the highway, and very stuffy. I tried calling the receptionist using my personal cell phone, but the number on traveloka was also unreachable. Finally I went downstairs and asked for a room change, I thought it was only my room that had the problem. After changing rooms, it turned out to be the same problem and even the window couldn't be closed because of the different window sizes so the noise from outside could be heard inside. The phone didn't work, the sheets were yellow and dirty, the AC was noisy, even the wifi speed was only 1 mbps and the power cable connection was dead so it was difficult to charge my device. Finally, less than half an hour, I decided to leave the hotel and check out. My money is non-refundable because I have already checked in :) so instead of wasting money on this hotel, it's better to find another hotel that is more affordable.

The staff are not only friendly but very helpful, friendly, polite, ready to help at any time, basically the best. And coincidentally, my event was at Taman Ismail Marzuki, so it was close to Ibis Budget, which was very helpful.

The room smells stuffy, the hot water doesn't come out for a long time, the AC is noisy, the remote doesn't work.

Overall is ok, just straight forward service. Plenty of food stall/restaurant in surrounding area. Easy access by taxi, Trans Jakarta, Ojek Online etc.

Access to the city center, around the hotel there are many restaurants, friendly staff, good room cleanliness

Great experience stay on Ibis Budget Cikini

The staff is friendly, and we wish you continued success. Hopefully, the service and facilities will improve to make things more comfortable, perhaps with more modern TVs. Overall, I've had a satisfying and enjoyable stay here.

The service was friendly, the room was clean, and everything worked well.

This is my 3rd stay here, there was a problem with the TV remote but the staff quickly came to fix it, all the staff are friendly, the hotel is quite comfortable, the location is very strategic and there are many places to eat around the hotel.

Have stayed at this hotel twice. All staff are friendly, check in process is fast, hotel access is easy and under the hotel there are many beautiful coffee shops, worth it for the price.

The staff service during check-in was okay. It turned out that when I booked a room there, I didn't get toiletries and sandals, I had to buy everything again. I booked the wrong hotel, I intended to book another Ibis, I thought the app would automatically show the nearest Ibis from the Cikini funeral home, I paid immediately, but it turned out to be a different hotel. If the price was that much, I would have been better off booking at the TB hotel, it was a little different but the quality was much different. Finally, after checking in, seeing the room, I went back to the funeral home, I just gave the room to another relative and then I booked the TB hotel which was right across from the funeral home. But yeah, it makes sense considering that this Ibis budget seems to be an old hotel. It just didn't get toiletries.

close to Ismail Marzuki Park. before staying, maybe you can check what performances are there, around there are many food vendors

Friendly staff, small room (very budget), very bad breakfast, chicken and fried rice have no taste.

The hotel lobby is on the 2nd floor and must go through an escalator that was dead in the middle of the night so it was difficult when we brought a lot of stuff and a baby stroller to go up and down. The room was okay, not dirty but not too clean, the walls were starting to peel and the TV in my room didn't get a good signal so it was always antsy. I was offered to move rooms but the TV didn't change significantly so I decided to move. Then there was the parking that had to be paid for even though we were staying there. I had lost my parking ticket and had confirmed to the lobby that there was no problem, but when I got out of the parking lot, the parking attendant charged me a fine of 50 thousand rupiah. Because it was already night I didn't want to bother and just paid it. Bad experience
