Very strategic, inside the room is clean.

The bed wasn't clean enough and the facilities were poorly maintained (the water heater was broken, the TV mount was crooked, and some lights weren't working). The hotel could do better with its facilities.

The staff is cooperative and friendly. The bathroom exhaust is dead, so the floor is damp.

The hotel staff is friendly. Personal amenities such as towels and sheets are very dirty and unsuitable for new guests. Please clean and repair the deluxe rooms.

It's quite good for a place to rest after work. Only the sheets need to be looked after more, there are many stains that shouldn't be used and the towels are almost fragile.

the room look didnt get maintained.. i got bed sheet with red spot, smell towel.. the bed itself need to change.. and the white color bed sheet didnt look white.. already want to become black.. because the receptionist is good, i just check out after about an hour, and change to ascott hotel.. i really think, im being scam because the rating. traveloka need to do something!!!

Order a double twin room but get a single room, no coffee or tea provided in the room. Some of the room lights are off and no bath mat or slippers provided. Minimalist facilities. Advantages because it is close to the FKG UI campus.
