On personal experience, this was my third staying at the hotel, and I thought the place can do with an update (particularly the bathroom) and some noise insulation!

It's clean.

This 4 star old hotel boasts one of the best value buffet lunches I had in Japan! The hotel is about a 15 min walk to the pita train station

Parking onsite. A fine hotel with generous room size for Japan.

Large old style hotel. Impressive foyer. Checkin was fast and professional. Free parking is available to hotel guests which made it convenient. Room was clean and good size. Its a good 10minute walk to Oita Station.

A very nice hotel, walking distance from any necessary places.

Run down facility with an average breakfast. The public bath areas were small and crowded.

The Oota area, like Beppu is a resort town so the hotels there are quite expensive – this is a hotel which focuses on providing wedding facilities, and so it is not that expensive and not part of that market

We booked this hotel at the last minute on the app. It was fast and easy. We had a great night and a great buffet style breakfast the next morning. The room had a refrigerator, hot water pot, ice bucket, and everything we could need in a hotel room. The breakfast was a mix of Japanese and Western foods, which was perfect for us.

Awesome service even with the language barrier

It was wonderful! I loved the hotel and the restaurant in the lobby was amazing. I do wish they would’ve had better bed linens. They were hot and had holes in the duvet.

The hotel was in walking distance of the bus and train stations. We enjoyed the breakfast as well.

フロントの女性スタッフの対応が非常に良かった

大きめの部屋が空いてるのでと広い部屋に泊まらせていただきました。 建物自体は古いですが綺麗にされていて、快適に過ごせて良かったです。

スタッフとのやりとりはチェックイン・アウトの時と食事のサービスの時だけでしたが、みんな好感できる清潔さと誠実さを感じました。
