Excellent customer service. Excellent location just one minute walk from the TX train station. Excellent breakfast. I will definitely come back there again.

clean, convenient

Booked a standard Twin room (Non-smoking). Up on checking in, it was not available and was assigned a Handicap Room with two beds which did not smell good and was very noisy throughout the night with every flush of a commode above us the water came through the bathroom in our room which smelled of sewage odor from the drain in the bathrooms. Very noisy from the train as well. Every 10-15 minutes a short roar came into the room as each passed. This room was booked over 8 days ago and confirmed as available. What happened? We will never book this hotel chain again.The Breakfast was less than average too Had to use the microwave to warm up food so it was edible. The hotel front desk could only say.."sorry". l

駅から近いのは助かります。 近くにコンビニがないので駅で買い物をした方がいいです。

隣の部屋で声が騒がしい

ドアの開閉音、水の流す音が夜中聞こえてきたのが、残念でしたが、アメニティも充実していて、朝食付きでお安いと思います。

朝食が美味しかった

禁煙室と喫煙室の2部屋を利用させていただきました。禁煙室側で気になったのが換気扇が弱い気がしたのと、洗面台の排水が悪い感じを受けました。他は室内綺麗にされてあり、ゆっくり休む事が出来ました。

朝食付きで、コスパがよい

初めての利用で不慣れだったのですが受付けの方の対応がロボットと会話をしているかのよう気持ちになった。 駐車場担当者の対応は物凄く良く丁寧にして頂きました

ベッドがギシギシ鳴って気になりました。

ビジネス利用。部屋は清潔で広さも適切です。機会があればまた利用します。朝食は6:30からで可能であればもう少し早くスタートしてもらえると良かったかな。

時々、守谷に用事があり利用します。宿泊メインなので、価格的にも利用しやすいので助かっています。
