Very small room and very hot with no option to open window.

Achei a funcionaria que trabalha no café da manhã um pouco rude. A localização é muito boa, tem estacionamento e o café da manhã é bom. O quarto é espaçoso, porém nos colocaram 2 camas de solteiro juntas, ao invés de uma cama de casal.

Our stay was very nice! The staff were helpful and polite. The hotel is very close to shopping and restaurants.

Nice location a few blocks from the main drag. Near a park, relativeky small and quier. Goid value.

The property is well located in the downtown of El Calafate My bedroom was not ready at the time of the check in. The property needs some updates as the mattresses are old, pillows, the bedding sheets, blankets... and some of the staff are rude, especially the guy who was at the front desk on Sunday morning.

Great location and friendly enough staff, but the bathrooms are barely serviceable and the place is so noisy. All of the doors are hollow and you can hear every conversation, door open and slam close. Also A/C and ground floor windows open mean anyone could climb in. You might save a few bucks, but you won’t sleep at all.

The hotel was mostly great. The one problem was the room was too warm, and we couldn’t open the window wide to cool it off, because it was on a busy street with no privacy.

Well located in centre of town. Fairly basic, but comfortable and staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel was a scam. We felt extremely unsafe ending up with hotels.com stuff suggesting us to call the police and leave. Team was rude, lied to us on shortening out stay and was intimidating throughout our entire stay - especially the reservation center. The hotel also decided to charge 4 more nights after we left for no reason, telling us its hotels.com problem. Hotels.com explained it’s just Hotel Kalken taking our money and refusing to answer them for weeks. I would do everything to avoid Hotel Kalken at any cost.

Very clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to bus station and shops. A little bit of street noise like car alarms going off but to be expected from such a convenient location to busy downtown. We had a wonderdul stay and the staff were hardworking and went above and beyond to helpnus.

Leader at the hotel were very attentive. Jacob was awesome. Very personable.

We paid 50% deposit to Hotels.com but Hotel Kalken had no record of the payment We thus had to pay the full amount We request Hotel Kalken and Hotels.com to review and refund the 50% deposit to us

Clean and comfortable, relatively quiet, five minute walk from the main drag. It takes a few minutes before the hot water in the shower flows. Excellent breakfast!
