I just enjoy staying here overall, but it was surprising to me how it felt like it was built in the 1940s. It had one outlet to the whole entire bedroom. Gaps under the door so that bugs can just come into the bedroom. It was the lowest quality place I’ve ever seen that, but my fiancé felt that it was still a neat place. To stay.

This hotel needs to be closed for a new revamp. The bathroom is broken, dirty, outdated, and smells really bad. The walls are covered with mildew. What a terrible experience. For a minute, I thought I was in a military bunker. I do not recommend this hotel. Please stay away from this property.

O lugar tem muito potencial para ser um otimo lugar para ficar. Entretanto a sua gestão é muito ruim, precisa de alguem que saiba gerir o lugar e seus funcionários. Todos eles sao bem educados, porém falta organização no hotel. O café sempre tinha coisa faltando e o hotel nao estava cheio para isso, faltou café em um dia, no outro açúcar, o leite, ate os talheres. O cafe era bem simples, as frutas e frios expostos e moscas pousando neles. A piscina não estava limpa, pedimos no primeiro dia para que pudesse limpar para usarmos e nos foi informado que seria porém fomos embora e ela continuou suja. O serviço de quarto so passou 1 dia e ficamos com o quarto sujo, nos foi informado que foi devido a alta demanda de limpeza nesse dia. Então no geral o que falta é uma pessoa que tenha capacidade para gerir o lugar, pois ele é lindo, tem uma area verde linda, o quarto é confortavel, as decoracoes são lindas, tem um potencial incrível.

Great stay and very nice hotel

Difficult to find the hotel. It took me 3 hours wandering around. Nobody new the hotel or the street. Not even taxi drivers. The toilet didn't flush properly. The staff were most unhelpful. No Baggage storage behind the counter while I went to beach after check out.

Check in was easy and fast staying for 2 nights. The room was large and despite of the request for a double bed, there was a third bed. Room was on upper floor as I requested and the only thing to point is the shower that was rusty and the bathroom that was tight for a guy like me. It has it´s own parking area and a lot of wood used in the construction that can be seen on the lobby. Breakfast was really surprising and with good options from 6:30am to 10:00am. Something positive to mention: they go beyond the standard breakfast. There was a group of Asian that would have their OWN breakfast with noodles, meat and other things (not common to Brazil) and they respected that and provided the service focusing on their needs. There as also a pool that I did not use since it was raining (an the water was GREEN), a steam room, an area for barbecue and also a little room for meeting. The location I think was great which is very close to the main road of the city and is not far from the beach. There are a few restaurants. The odd things: a) there was not someone available at the reception all times what seemed strange since you need to drop the keys when leaving the hotel. b) mini-fridge inside closet which did not allow space for hanging clothes. I´ve seen closets with safe, but I think the safe could be on lower part of the closet and the fridge outside the closet. There´s on use for that.

Hotel a precisar de renovação urgente. Internet péssima. Café da manhã mau. Relação preço qualidade péssima.

Ótimo custo benefício se resume essa hospedagem. Café da manhã bom, estrutura do hotel boa, recepcionista Clarice maravilhosa!

Frequento há muitos anos. Pousada antiga, sempre em cuidado. Quarto espaçoso, boa piscina, cenário d jardim muito bonito. Bom serviço e colaboradores educados

Estadia muito boa, so precisando melhorar um pouco na estrutura ( chuveiro e torneira )e no conforto ( smart tv, colchão e travesseiros ).

Cafe da manha muito básico e insetos no quarto. Todo restante muito bom.

O quarto estão muito simples , e o quarto 30 após às 6h30 manha é impossível de dormir. O sol entra pelo quarto , chuveiro péssimo, cama péssima, lencol e roupa de cama horrivel . Caro diária para nao ter conforto . Vamos saber sobre o Cafe.

Experiência horrível! Quarto com muitos mofos, a comididade estava cheia de lagartixas e baratas. O cafe da manha é horrível, alem da pouca variadade oque estava pra servir parecia passado. Tive problemas com quarto e fui para outro quarto com as mesmas condições horriveis.

Incrível nós amamossss!!! Um espetáculo! Com certeza iremos voltar. Atendimento nota 1000 Pessoas maravilhosas!

Experiencia decepcionante. Estive nesse hotel há pouco mais de 20 anos e constatei a incrivel degradação ocorrida. Falta de conservação, equipamenntos velhos e gastos, quartos com instalações deterioradas, cama horrivel com colchão velho e todo mole e irregular, chuveiro com aquecimento central mas com fluxo baixo. Café da manhã pobre, com suco artificial, frutas cortadas em fatias milimétricas, falta de louça para o serviço do café da manhã faltando ora copos, ora xicaras, ora pratos... reposição demorada dos pães ou do queijo, ou do leite.... funcionária que não conseguia dar conta da reposição do buffet. Funcionando bem apenas a piscina e a sauna, muito boa por sinal.
