Near to KL Sentral and restaurant, easy to find hotel, clean, resepsionis nice and friendly.

I checked in for a double room for 5 days, initially I got a room on the 4th floor with a good view but the air con didn't work that well. I asked to be moved to another room and was well served by the staff. I got a new room with good facilities and was upgraded to a larger triple room for 3 people with 2 beds (double & single bed) without any additional charge. The location is okay in my opinion, close to KL Sentral, just a 5-minute walk, if you want to eat next to it there is a Nasi Khandar restaurant. There is also delicious tomyum near the restaurant. Everything is okay.. Thank youu 🥰

Excellent hotel... 3 minute walk from monorail and 1 stop from KL Sentral station... I loved it. The staff is really friendly with a smile on all the time.

Good Place and Nice Experience

Stayed for 5 days but the bed cover was changed on the 4th day, then there was no doormat for my feet after going to the bathroom, the hairdryer was broken, the toiletries were incomplete, as for the staff, they were all friendly.

Recommended for solo travelers. It takes less than 5 minutes to get to KL Sentral. So it's easy to go anywhere.

Overall, it's awesome to stay one week at My Hotel @Sentral. Room so clean, hot water available, AC so cool, coffee, cream, sugar and mineral water updated everyday, bedding also great. Staffs at reception very helpful, and cleaning services so helpful especially for Rana. Thanks a lot guys for making me feel comfortable during my stay in Kuala Lumpur.

With that price, all is good and near to Kuala Lumpur sentral.

There is no restaurant in the hotel, for eating, there are many local restaurants next to and behind the hotel which are only a 3-5 minute walk away.

I often stay in this hotel. I think the service is very good and friendly

The hotel is quite clean, close to everywhere, easy to find places to eat, unfortunately the breakfast is very ordinary.
