Lovely hotel with staff who were attentive and could not do enough to help guests. Great breakfast. Comfortable bed and small but well laid out room. Hotel was in great location in centre of town and close to sea front.

Hotel is a little older. The room was nice and it was clean. The staff did walk into our room multiple times during our stay and sometimes without knocking. They were replacing towels and such. The pools were beautiful however a ton of people were saving chairs but weren’t at the pools. That was a it frustrating. Overall a good place.

Such an amazing stay for our honeymoon. We were greeted with a sweet note and bottle of Prosecco, and the staff were amazing. Pools were outstanding. We will be back!!

Very relaxing and peaceful. Thermal pools are great. Breakfast is good and staff are very helpful. Lots of seating/sunbeds available inside and out. Never feels busy even in high season. A water station should be added in the gardens. The internet is also a bit patchy and not fast enough for a 4-star hotel. Some areas of the property need minor maintenance.

Hotel Reginella was such a treat. The thermal spas were so relaxing and healing, such an amazing perk for the property. The staff were so kind, the room was so well decorated with a stunning view of the pools and mountain. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

Great spa hotel

Quiet place to relax and unwind. The pools were fantastic and the staff very helpful and friendly.

The location is very close to port casamaricciolo*. The property is beautiful, all the pool options, all of the dinner & breakfast options were excellent. Would stay here 10 more times

A quiet and relaxing stay with incredible service.

We had a lovely stay at this family friendly resort! So many great thermal pools to choose from, wonderful variety of food at breakfast & the staff was lovely too! We traveled with our 10month old baby and they were very accommodating! Would definitely go back. Everything walkable from hotel & they provide free shuttle service to the local beach.

The gardens and various pools were wonderful and well maintained. The staff was friendly and obliging. The property was unbelievably clean. The breakfasts were repetitive- we only discovered by chance towards the end of our stay that you could order an omelet, for example. Ignacio, Pippi, Jada and Valentina were lovely! Some better explanation by management concerning breakfast and dinner would improve the stay. Perhaps a printed sheet in every room! On the whole, we enjoyed our stay and our room.

The area is lovely and the close to restaurants and shopping -- very walkable and safe here! The hotel has friendly service and do all to make my stay comfortable -- would definitely come back again!

We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed ourselves. The daily breakfast is nice, the restaurant for lunch was delightful (by the pool) and the restaurant for dinner was wonderful (out front of the hotel). The hours of the lunch place are limited. The staff could be more helpful - our friends were staying at the Mezzatorre and we spent a fair amount of time up there with them; the service up there is impeccable so made our hotel seem like service could be improved even a little. The demographic at the hotel is a little older or families. The pools are nice. The service of the rooms is great (replacement of towels, turn down service, etc). The location is great for walking to shops, a beach club or two, other restaurants.

I spent two nights at la Reginella and really wish I could have stayed longer. In terms of quality of stay and value for money it really was excellent. My single room had a queen size bed (which I love in a single room) and although it didn't have any external space the room was more than adequate, well-furnished and well maintained. The staff in the hotel were professional and courteous and overall the amenities were excellent. The pools and thermal gardens are out of this world and I could have lived in them forever. The food in the hotel was also first rate, the dinner menu was excellent and varied, however my one niggle on that both in terms of the buffet at dinner and at breakfast was that things were not replaced when they ran out. In a hotel of the standard if you go for breakfast at 9:00 AM when breakfast is advertised to run until 10:30 you expect there to at least be a cornetto or other pastries instead, and perhaps this was linked to then closing in the next few days , we were told there were no more and there were no more coming and this was disappointing given the type of hotel but this is, the same also happened at dinner. It would be nice if the room had come with slippers and a dressing gown however I understand that these can be rented or bought so it wouldn't put me off returning and all in all I'm already planning my next trip to this hotel and hope to do so very soon.

Spent seven nights here, and was sorry to go. You can walk everywhere form here! Staff was great! Very helpful. Walter was a standout at the front desk! Always had a smile, and offered plenty of insight into the local area. Made the visit amazing!

Ottima posizione, parco termale ben curato e colazione molto buona. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono in bassa stagione. Trattandosi di un quattro stelle migliorerei la qualita dei prodotti disponibili in camera e aggiungerei una crema per corpo. Il phon non é adatto per chi ha i capelli lunghi, in particolare quando il clima non è estivo. L'hotel era abbastanza pieno e i lettini a bordo piscina, talvolta erano occupati da teli lasciati dagli ospiti per tenere il posto
