Right in the middle of the Jewish Quarter. Excellent location to access the old town as well.

Stayed on top floor apt, parking nearby (3-4 min walk, currently 70 pln per 24 hours. Clean and comfortable. No elevator. Good location. Recommend Kolanko No 6 (5 mins walk) for breakfast as the nearby options (infeb). Good location. Slightly out of the way if you are with young children and plan to do lots of walking.

The Crystal Suites Chez Helena Is a very unique lodging opportunity. It was a portion of the home of Helena Rubenstein (famous for cosmetics products) and a unique peek into where she lived in her youth. The unit was modernized with a new bathroom and kitchenette, in a nice neighborhood within walking distance to the old city and with casual restaurants and live acoustic music very nearby. Anna, the manager was great at welcoming us and arranging transportation to the airport after our short stay. I would definitely stay there again if the opportunity becomes available.

An amazing . Could not fault anything about this place. The staff were extremely helpful; even showing me to my room and carrying my bag (I was on my own and my bag was super heavy, coupled with no elevator!). I forget the name of the gentleman who showed me around but he was superb. Location is excellent and the apartment had everything you need - decent bed, great shower and facilities. The extra touches such as coffee and tea, just went above and beyond anywhere I have stayed before. I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone and for the price, it was a bargain. Thank you for a great stay. KR, Miss L Whittingham.

Amazing hotel, really friendly and helpful staff, decor is fab, located in Jewish quarter, our room overlooked the main road and just above the restaurants, at night we could hear the live band playing to 10 but it was great to hear the traditional music added to the ambience of the hotel, we will be back

Lovely property in a central location. Courtyard facing room was extremely quiet. Note that there are two crystal suites on opposite sides of the town, I found out the hard way unfortunately.

Lovely, smooth, there is a great location for this house and a great history there. Breakfast in a restaurant a couple doors down. Descriptions not clear enough online. It all worked out great!

The apartments are located in a lively square filled with restaurants, bars, book shops and an old Synagogue, now a museum. It is about a 20 minute walk from the main square and also very convenient for walking to attractions in the Jewish area of the city eg, the Oscar Schindler factory and the Ghetto. The square always has several Electric Kart Tour vendors, if required, though we preferred to walk. Despite the liveliness of the surroundings we were never affected by noise in our room. We had the ground floor Patio Apartment which was very nicely decorated and well equipped with a kitchenette, very nice bathroom (with a hot shower) and a roomy bedroom. Access to the patio was via the bedroom and proved a nice place for a nightcap.

This apartment (no. 5) ticked all our boxes. Located in the Kazimierz, the apartment offers a good choice of restaurants outside the front door, and is a short walk to a tram stop, taxis and mini-market. It is comfortably and smartly furnished with full kitchen, with dish washer, sofa, dining table and chairs, in one room and a separate bedroom with generous cupboard space and a small desk. My only reservation was that the bedroom is small and not much space between bed and walls. OK for us but may be a problem for larger people. The bathroom, with walk-in shower was functional and modern. Plenty of shelf space. It has a washing machine. There is no elevator. Staircase is wide and staff helped with luggage. Wifi was secure and strong. Air conditioning worked well for which we were most grateful as temperatures were high. Reception is normally from 9am to 9pm but staff wait for late or delayed checkins. The reception and cleaning staff were welcoming and helpful in making phone calls and booking taxis. The units are serviced weekly, daily service costs extra but towels were changed every second day at no charge. Breakfast can be taken at extra charge at the nearby Rubenstein hotel. We didn't do this preferring to breakfast in our room with supplies from the minimart. For us, Crystal suites was ideal and I highly recommend.

I booked four apartments here for 8 of us and each apartment was absolutely beautiful. They had everything you needed and more. Decorated beautifully, clean and tidy and i honestly had the best nights sleep in the very comfy beds! The location is perfect, amazing restaurants right outside your door and the center a short walk away. Honestly could not fault this place at all will definitely be back!
