The owner refused to accept us because she said website didn't send her an email about our reservation. We fought with the owner and told her we already paid through bank transfer but she insisted that they will not accept us. And then I saw the email from website about our reservation in her ipad. Then she immediately changed her attitude and apologized about her mistake. It shouldnt have happened if she was not careless. Our stay was good, their staffs were very friendly. Location is far and no other food options.

Check in service still need some improvement.
