Amazing.

This is a lovely central recently refurbished hotel with beautiful rooms and great character. Rooms have mini bar and safe but no iron for bathrobes. However, I couldn’t recommend this place enough as a quality well priced cebtral locations to stay.

Fast internet. Very nice staff. Good proximity to shops and restaurants. Our a/c did not work so we slept with the windows open. Really loud until about midnight ( a popular bar located downstairs and next to us). That’s my only complaint.

Room is small (to be expected in Venice). Location was a little difficult to find but again, that’s due to the many alleyway of Venice. After leaving I did find a few sets of bites on my person, which I didn’t have prior to arriving. Unsure of what they are, but they seem to have appeared after our stay. Staff was Kim enough to hold our bags to allow us to explore after check out.

Lovely hotel right in the centre. Friendly staff. We got a lovely surprise when we came home one day. Attention to detail is great! Will be back for sure. Thank you.

Massimo was unbelievably kind! Definitely our favorite accommodation in our entire trip to Italy and we stayed here for two weeks and six different places! The rooms were large and very clean and someone came in every single day to freshen up the place and put new supplies.

The rooms were super clean, the staff was friendly and it’s in a great location near the Rialto bridge.

Hotel perfect but a bar are just down and until midnight you have noises

Great Location and good hotel overall!! Shower is a bit small, WiFi is not good and the bed os hard and it is 2 single beds together!! We were so tired from walking all day that we didn’t feel it much!! I still recommend this Hotel!

Clean rooms, excellent location, lift in the lobby.

Everything was amazing. Great location. Amazing staff who could not do enough to help. Place was spotless. Rooms were absolutely perfect with everything you could need. Rooms were cleaned every day. Can't wait to go back!

The staff was great, very friendly and available all the time. The room was very clean and pretty. We love the bar next door. Location was great for our plans.

The room was beautiful and spacious but the hotel was quite difficult to find, particularly because it was situated in a very crowded part of the city which had several student bars which were busy and loud from lunchtime until gone 11. One staff member was helpful, one indifferent and one actually rude.
