It's really fun staying here... In the middle of the city and the rooms are big.

Good location, good food, friendly staff

This was our second stay here, after staying here two months ago. While last time we had a room on the 6th floor, this time we got one on the 3rd. Overall, it was okay. The place is comfortable, close to culinary spots, and check-in/out was easy. Thanks.

The staff is friendly and responsive, even asking for wifi is fast.

Low budget hotel with quite interesting facilities, there is also a swimming pool

Dusty basement parking, dirty smelly public bathroom, dirty restaurant.

Strategic location, clean rooms, highly recommended.

Love this hotel. Almost every weekend I come here because it's comfortable, the staff is friendly.

My first experience when I just arrived the floor of the stairs was dirty. The receptionist was not communicative. When I entered the room the floor was full of dirt or dust. The bathroom was dirty as if it was rarely cleaned especially the toilet. The sheets were dirty. Hotel slippers were not provided and toiletries were incomplete. There was only a little soap and the storage place was dirty and not suitable. Toothbrushes, important things were not there. I wanted to call the receptionist to ask for toiletries but my phone could not be used (only for display). Very disappointed with the service and facilities

1. There are stains on the mattress, the sheets have not been changed 2. Only 1 glass 3. There is no mat in the toilet, so it's muddy. Not clear 4. Only 1 hotel slipper 5. The left night light is not on

The Wi-Fi is connected but not connected to the internet. But the cellphone signal is safe so I don't use Wi-Fi.

Okay, it was really nice to stay here.

Mineral water & mat must be requested. Not available (standards still need to be requested). Water is yellow.

Make the room even cleaner so it's more comfortable.

The toothbrush is so hard, brushing your teeth makes them bleed 😁

I stayed in a suite room type, the room is spacious, there is a sofa and bathtub, only there is a mirror or glass that is not clean, there are still fingerprints, the sink is clogged, but the housekeeping staff is friendly and nice when we ask to clean the room, unfortunately I didn't try the breakfast food because it doesn't include bf. Didn't have time to play in the swimming pool either. But overall thank you for all the good services.
