I booked camp Ripan last minute as I wanted to visit Kiruna. I was not informed by the staff that the in-room phones do not work. And that daily cleaning has to be requested. So when I was informing the receptionist about the phone situation, the hotel manager was very defensive. Just a simple sign informing guests as to the ongoing issue at the reception desk or at the various booking sites would have avoided the misunderstanding. The room was adequate and the breakfast was good.
