Usually, when booking a hotel here, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the prices are affordable, the location is strategic. It's a regular here, close to Ciwalk Mall.

The location is very strategic so it makes it easy for you to travel.

This is what I wanted, the cleanliness is ok, the room is comfortable, the staff is friendly and very helpful 🫰👍

Noisy sounds could be heard from outside the room, from 11 o'clock at night to early morning it was really noisy in front of the room, I couldn't sleep for a while.

The room was dirty, the atmosphere felt dim, one of the mattresses had stains, and the floor was unclean at the end. The bathroom lacked towels, a mat, and toiletries (such as a toothbrush and soap), and the toilet was still dirty, as if it hadn't been scrubbed. There was a TV, bottled water, and a thermos water heater, but no tea or coffee.

The staff is very friendly. Maybe because the room is smoking, it smells a bit bad.

When I stayed in the room, it was a bit horrible, then the wifi suddenly disappeared and the network was not good.

I was waiting for the towel till midnight. Wi-Fi not good. Really wasn't enjoying the staying.

It's pretty good for the price offered. Suggestion, for every room that will be checked in, it has been sprayed with fragrance so that the entire bedroom and bathroom are not damp and musty.

- No towels.- AC was not cool and the water was dripping.- Warm water not working.- No telephone in the room.- Very dirty.- Sheets were gray (should have been white)- Have a feeling the bed cover was not washed.- Terrible service. Better go find another hotel because I think the rating is inaccurate.

Room Does Not Match the Photo. Extra Pillows Paid Again.

Got a suite, the room was quite spacious but the sheets weren't very clean, there were no towels and the soap was empty so I had to ask for it first.

Value for money and nice stay. Location is reachable around the city.

Please update the room type photos.

I feel very satisfied with my first experience staying at this hotel. It was very good. The price was very cheap and very, very comfortable.
