We were impressed by the true 'grandness' of the building and decor - faded grandeur but charming, with a lively,efficient atmosphere and lovely staff. The setting was perfect with woodland walks behind the hotel but the town itself on its front doorstep. It couldn't have been better. This was our first hotel in Italy and we would love to return. Riolo Terme itself is an interesting and beautiful town and everyone we met was lovely. There is the best pizza restaurant in Italy 15 minutes walk from the hotel too. We loved it there.

Bella struttura, immersa nel verde in un luogo davvero gradevole.

Tout a été très décevant: nous avions réservé une chambre quadruple, mais avons trouvé une chambre double avec un lit d'appoint et un fauteuil-lit; la chambre et la salle de bain étaient vétustes, les murs abîmés et sales et le mobilier laid et vieillot; la piscine n'est accessible qu'en payant un supplément élevé par demi-journée, le spa aussi et les peignoirs se louent en plus; pour couronner le tout, des consommations que nous n'avons jamais prises avaient été ajoutées à la facture (mais immédiatement retirées lorsque nous l'avons relevé). Bref, nous ne reviendrons pas.

Sono stata poche ore ma ho posso dire con certezza che il personale è super cortese ( dal portiere di notte al personale dj sala ) le stanze pulite .

Ottimo hotel situato in una zona molto tranquilla. Cena molto buona, anche la colazione.

Bella struttura storica all'interno del Parco delle terme. Ottima accoglienza, camera grande e pulita, in ordine, con letto comodo. Bene la colazione, parcheggio compreso nel prezzo.

Struttura con parco, buon ristorante

fantastica location per chi apprezza lo stile ( a qualcuno ahimè puù sembrare retrò ... maquanto è bbbbbello !!!!!) Struttura silenziosa tanto da poter dormire con finestra aperta , malgrado le civette e i gufi che mi hannno fatto compagnia ! ho soggiornato per lavoro ma ci tornerò per un momento di intima tranquillità

Confortevole e tranquillo

Hotel a 4 stelle per modo di dire, ma nessuna critica per questo. Asciugamani macchiati e sporchi, stanza ok ma non pulitissima

Struttura molto bella e grande. Peccato di essere stata svegliata alle 6:45 dalla vicina di camera che sicuramente vive lì, che stava gridando nel corridoio con un’ altra.
