nice and romantic room. but too bad no lifts. small room. Staff Assistance: check in fast. parking hourly charge. or U might register as rm8 standard rate to next day morning 8am. Opposite is queensbay mall. surrounded with lots of shops and office lots

the location is very close to Queensbay Mall. Strategic location. If you go to the city, it's a bit far. Easy to find food and hang out. My family and I like being with this hotel.

clean and tidy room...good quality items in the room, friendly staff who are willing to help carry suitcases to the upper floor...close to Queens Bay....in short, my favorite hotel even though it's my first time staying there

very clean, strategic place, less than 3 minutes walk to queen sbaymall and there is a mamak shop under the hotel, so you don't have to worry about being hungry

3 minutes to Queensbay mall, close to the beach. There's also a night market here, so it's easy to get lost looking for snacks and if you want to go anywhere, just take the bus
