Loved my stay here, it's intimate, comfortable, clean and located close to everything. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond, suggesting places to visit and assisting with directions, making bookings for dinner and providing directions through WhatsApp and Google maps... I can't speak highly enough of the hotel and it's staff... 11 out of 10 from me!

Perfect location, historical building, very close to the old center, but in a quiet area. The staff was very helpful, especially Alessio, who provided us very useful information during our stay, regarding boat trips, places to eat traditional cuisine, beautiful places to swim! The room was large, with great interior design. Good choice to stay in Olbia!

Great hotel stay!

Superb concierge and great breakfast in the morning

Amazing welcoming Steffania, was a delight and took great care of our every need. We stayed for a 1 night connection before heading back to Olbia airport. The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes walk to the bars and restaurants. Very clean, and quite given it is so close the main strip.

Very kind friendly staff

Hotel feels tired. Needs new mattresses and linens. Lighting in lobby was a mix of the new super white bulbs with warm bulbs in other fixtures. Gave a garish glow to lobby. The breakfast room was lovely and servers great fun to get to know. It is a great location just blocks from main drag

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They organised a special boat trip for us and all the transportation.

The staff were incredibly kind and parking was very easy to book. The staff made everything very easy as long as you have a working phone. I can’t say I liked my room very much, felt a bit worn out. Shower looked different from pictures and I’m just very particular about bathrooms. All in all I just didn’t think it was worth the amount I paid.

Great hotel in the center of town - easily walkable to the center of Olbia. Free parking is close by at the waterfront. Concierge was very friendly. Be aware of the limited vehicle access zone right in front of the hotel entrance. They give automated tickets if you go in there. While the point of going to Olbia is generally to get out of Olbia and up to the Costa Smeralda, Olbia itself is a charming place for a first or last night in Sardinia. Would recommend this hotel.

A small boutique hotel with a great staff and extraordinary breakfast.

Great place, right in the center of town. the only problem if you arrive after hours and you are not familiar with the area there are several driving and parking restrictions. Only the morning after I found out they have a private parking area not far from the area.

Great location near lots of restaurants. Lovely room and staff very kind. However if driving it was tricky to find
