The room was good. The food was ok it could be better

Buen hotel pero la atencion no es tan buena, no te saludan, tienes que pedirles que te ayuden a cargar maletas (y no tienen carrito), no te explican que hay estacionamiento privado, etc.

Location is perfect

Over all its ok hotel. Terrible part was, the frint desk lady messed up the entries and during checkout we were made to pay additional taxes. Hotel said its their mistake but couldnt reverse the entries as the system didnt allow. Be careful durinf checkin as the hotel reception might screw up things

A loud siren would blast from the next-door Wongs grocery store several times throughout the night making a difficult to sleep.

Refrigerator and safe in room did not work. Even though the issues were reported staff answered items were under maintenance. Never emptied garbage cans during a 4 day stay. Cob web in the bathroom corner never cleaned. Shower leaked out to the tiled floor. Pleasant staff, delicious food.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the alarms kept sounding all hours of the day and night from the business next door (Wong). Also, I asked the hotel management to repair the non-working lockbox in my room, but they never did. The room lacked a number of amenities like coffee maker, ice bucket, microwave, and iron and ironing board.

Always one of the better places to stay in Trujillo, especially in the summer heat because they have a/c and two pools. Breakfast is good with good service. The room has a refrigerator, good beds, a safe, hot water, nice bathroom.

Like the breakfast, good bed and bathroom, quiet, pools and gym, several good restaurants nearby like Vital Foods for vegetarian. Wifi didn't work on my last night and next morning. This is one of my favorite hotels in Trujillo.

I always have a good experience and it's my favorite place to stay for the price. Nice hotel, and the staff is friendly and speaks English well. Near supermarket and restaurants. Breakfast is average.

It’s not the hotel’s fault or responsibility, but the sidewalks and road conditions in the hotel’s immediate vicinity are deplorable

Two nice pools, and great breakfast buffet. Nice room with comfortable bed. Location was fairly quiet, behind Wong's and near many restaurants. Also close to big intersection for micros and a 25 minute walk to Plaza.

Nice hotel, good food, spotty wifi

Room furniture is modern and the location is very good. You have a supermarket next to the hotel. Pharmacy and restaurants are close. The room and overall installations were clean and well maintained Front desk personnel were friendly. My only negative comment is the breakfast personnel. The waiter did not respect my order and attended another guest before me. I had to asked another waiter to give me some coffee.

nice room and great shower. clean and the staff was helpful. nice shopping market close, with some great restaurant options within walking distances.

I was looking for a hotel with a pool that was also close to the heart of Trujillo; this hotel was it. The staff were cordial, the breakfast was great (included in the fee) and the lunch was excellent. We often had lunch by the pool.
