Friendly staff, simple but comfortable hotel

Not very satisfying and the reception and security staff were not very friendly.

The building is quite spacious, adequate parking.

Enjoyed staying here, friendly staff, spacious parking, not noisy, just haven't tried the food because it is not provided for 1 room (usually provided for tours). Hopefully next time I can stay here again and try the food 🙏

Fast check-in service, can be used as the closest alternative to Sanur harbor before continuing to Nusa Penida. But I didn't try the breakfast yesterday. Next time it will be an alternative if you stay in the Sanur area. Thank you, hopefully you are healthy and can travel again.

Got a room with a direct view of the front yard, the hotel area was quiet and dark so it was a bit like that. The parking area is spacious, the rooms are okay, it's just that the mat in front of the bathroom doesn't absorb water enough so your feet are still wet when you step. Overall okay.

The service is less than satisfactory, far from what I imagined for staying. No wifi, no shampoo, no toothpaste, no toothbrush, no hotel slippers. Prices are not as expected.

spacious, comfy, clean, the staff really friendly, cheap price with all of the service we get room soundproofness need to be improved, its kinda hard to find public transportation from there, and quite far from food stall overall 8/10

The hot shower continues, for the standard breakfast menu, it is less varied but quite tasty. I ordered a deluxe room, but it can be the same room as the superior room. Different from the one in the photo.

My experience here is very pleasant, comfortable rooms, green views make my holiday a pleasure. I didn't give up to come back here again.

The hotel is comfortable, the rooms are comfortable, but the TV cannot be used and the hotel employees lack smile, seem indifferent to guests. Food tastes ok but not varied.
