It was fine. The room could do with some updating. We sat on the balcony and so did smokers on other balconies. Maybe designate a smoking and nonsmoking parts of the hotel so they don’t interfere with each other. North section no smoking and south section smoking.

We really liked how clean our room was and we had a nice view of the sea from our room's window. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We needed a taxi to take us to the airport after we checked out and the day before our flight, Ana who worked at the reception desk called a local taxi service for us and arranged a cab in addition to a wake up call to our room. She was so helpful.

The location was great. Beautiful view from the room. The staff was very pleasant and helpful at all times.

Hotel staff were super nice each day and very helpful all the way through. The areas around the property are also really great, super location.

Outstanding service. Very surprising for a 3* hotel. Rooms at 3* level but food and service deserve more. Will be back.

The rooms was not as the pictures and the service was bad and food was not good so we went out to have our meals even it was paid for the only thing was good the location

Great hotel!

There is no water park (it is advertised as an amenity, however it is currently just “under construction” and does not yet exist), the hotel is not located near the beach in their photos, and the children’s playground was closed. Very disappointing, as these were the reasons we booked this hotel with our child.

This resort hotel is big, updated & very well kept. Very easy access to the water. It also has a good, big breakfast. The staffs are very friendly. It also offers cabins for longer stays which is ideal for family.

great view, beautiful island, close to beach, friendly and helpful staff room has minimum necessities, but makes up for it with the view

Hotel had free parking on site which was very useful. I checked in late, the 24 hour reception was useful and helpful. The room had a balcony with a seaview and was in good order. The breakfast buffet choice was very good. Lots of options

The hotel is huge. I believe they also house a student dorm on property. the room was nice and the beds basic. The view was nice of the water over the trees. Breakfast was we'll set up. seemed to be replenished often. Tons of groups. seemed like a Canadians to Florida kind of thing.

What can I say. A budget hotel in the middle of nowhere. It was okay for the price.

Foi uma estadia maravilhosa! Chegamos depois das 23 horas e fomos super bem atendidos. É um hotel enorme, mas que é bom para quem está viajando de carro. O café da manhã é simplesmente espetacular! Nunca vi tanta variedade, com todo tipo de comida. Foi uma experiência única, porque ficava no meio de uma estrada e nos surpreendeu. Amamos e recomendamos.

Ik heb onlangs verbleven in Magal Hotel by Aminess en ik moet zeggen dat het een geweldige ervaring was. Hoewel de kamers en het hotel zelf wat gedateerd zijn, is de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding zeker de moeite waard. Het ontbijt en de dinerservice waren uitstekend, met voldoende keuze en variatie elke dag. De rustige regio en de nabijheid van een mooi strand maken het een perfecte plek om te ontspannen. Ik zou dit hotel zeker aanraden aan anderen!
