The room smells of cigarettes, the sound of an outdoor cooling machine is noisy, the complaint handling is slow, the overall is very sad. It's a shame, normally this hotel is very okay.

Comfortable for 3 people with children, there is a long sofa that can be used for sleeping, on the 17th floor there is a view of the train and the city of Surabaya. Steady hot water. Clean. It's easy to find food, near cafes and other shopping. If you come back, stay here again, thank you POP Hotel, see you. Hopefully in the future more success again.

The air conditioner is not cold at all, then for the condition of the room it looks like it needs repair, at least paint the walls, because there are lots of yellow water stains on the walls.

Very best pop hotel on surabaya. I've got sky scrapping floor room! Given best view of surabaya and theyre facilites are so good and completed, there are alfa express which is micro mini market inside the hotel! But there one thing I hate from pop hotel are tube bathroom. I hate this type bathroom.

Secara keseluruhan oke. Tapi ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan: 1. AC bocor, walaupun tidak terlalu mengganggu tapi harusnya bisa diperbaiki. 2. Seharusnya ada tanda (seperti gantungan di pintu) untuk kapan housekeeping bisa masuk membersihkan kamar. Jadi tidak perlu mengetuk pintu karena mungkin masih tidur/mandi sehingga tidak dengar ada housekeeping. Karena waktu ini pernah karena tidak dengar mengetuk pintu, dan mungkin tidak ada jawaban, jadinya housekeeping tiba-tiba masuk kamar (walalupun sudah mengetuk). 3. Receptionist untuk lebih teliti lagi karena waktu itu tiba-tiba ada yang membuka kamar, dan ternyata ada yang check in dan diberikan kartu yang sama dengan no kamar yang sama dengan saya. Padahal saya baru check out besoknya. 5. Untuk housekeeping agar lebih bersih lagi membersihkan, karena kadang bersih kadang tidak (tisu-tisu di kamar mandi belum dibuang, rambut-rambut di lantai tidak dibersihkan, pinggir-pinggir wastafel masih basah) untuk pelayanan sangat ramah dan helpful. The service, rooms and facilities are okay, but there are no directions that write down the hotel pop (because it's 1 location with the Haris hotel) so when you first arrive it's quite confusing.

When taking a shower the water seeps outside the area in the room.

The air conditioner in the room leaked 59 😭.

Maybe it's because it's still being renovated, maybe another hotel is handling it. Service is not good. Room accessories such as tissue are not available. Minimal toilet equipment, only for one guest (even though we ordered for two people). Qibla direction is not available. Others are quite good, near Gubeng station and others.

Pelayanan yang sangat ramah dan baik. Kamar bersih dan nyaman, sebanding dengan harga yang dibayarkan. Cleaning service juga sangat membantu dan membersihkan kamar dengan baik. Oh iya, di antara semua yang ada, saya paling suka pelayanannya dan view kamar dari lantai 9.

Check in jadi satu di Harris Hotel. Konsep Pop lucu warna-warni. Dapet kamar lantai 17 (paling atas) dengan city view. Kamar bersih, ada 2 handuk, sikat & pasta gigi. Tersedia bantal, guling, selimut di kasur.
