Great location everything nearby

I stayed here because of the handy location for the Old Town. Breakfast is very basic.I didn’t like someone trying to use a key to get into my room at 3:30 am in the morning on my last night. I called out and they apologised and said it was someone from the front desk. No other reason given.

Front desk staff were friendly and room was clean!

A terrific location surrounded by cafes and restaurants and easy walking distance around Sarajevo.

The hotel was 10 min by walk to the oldtown. Downstairs on the left there are bars, cafes…etc. The reception was helpful. It was a clean apartment. Only problem was heating and the curtains. Please make sure of it. Delilah, thank you for everything. You were so helpful.

Worst experience ever.

The room was very nice and the hotel was in an excellent location. There were taxis half a block away, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, close proximity to the old town and to grocery stores.

Good stay close to shops, restaurantss. About 10-15 mins pleasant walk from old town.

Helpful and friendly staff though they seemed overworked. Great location near the old town and big tick for included parking outside the front door. Breakfast a bit limited but OK for me

Clean and modern hotel. Staff was great and accommodating. Only issue was related to parking when one staff member told me I could park overnight on street next to hotel but had to move my by 7 AM. Later discovered he was parked in the hotels space. In fairness he did move his car.

Really close to a good mall and just 3 blocks from the entrance to the Old City.

Breakfast area not organized well and food selection was not sufficient
