The one of the outlet next to the bed is dead, TV power box doesn’t work, the music from the hall is noisy especially in the morning time…

I stayed here for one night yesterday with my family, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere was peaceful, and we felt very well taken care of. I highly recommend Best Western Grantville/Hershey and will definitely stay here again in the future.

The front desk was welcoming and helpful to get the two families we traveled with to have rooms next to each other. The rooms were clean and serviced daily. The breakfast was great and convenient. The only issues were the water pressure was terrible and the pool was foggy.

Family stay on way yo NY one night. A good stay beds comfortable pull out also. Bathroom good. A little extra cleaning behind doors and next to vanity. Felt damp in our room on 1st fl. Staff friendly. Breakfast good. Check prices between apps and hotel.

Safe and quiet place to stay in our trip to Hershey Park. Good value for the money. Pull out couch was broken. One elevator wasn't working to get to our floor. Breakfast was mediocre. But would stay there again.

Located right off from Interstate 81. Very close to Hersey Park. Great selection for the free breakfast. Clean. Conveniently located near gas station and a very good Italian restaurant.

Breakfast buffet was great! The kids loved it and it definitely a plus to our stay. Housekeeping was hit or miss. One day they came and did a great job. Other days I was looking for them to get fresh towels. Overall, it was satisfactory for the price of our stay.

It was a well-maintained property, and everyone was polite and professional. I think there should be a discount offered to people who are already in residence who want to extend their stay.

The pool was enjoyable and the breakfast was good.

The hotel feels a bit tired. Didn’t help that they keep the corridor thermostat at 80*, in mid summer. Felt like you keep walking into different climate zones. Pool—basic. Breakfast—basic. Room was large, spacious, and clean, however.
