Too many broken facilities. In-room phone broken, refrigerator broken, door handle broken. Food served too long just for 2 menu. Tea tastes weird.

The hotel staff is very friendly, recommended for those who want to stay here.

Kebersihan oke sih, kamar lumayan nyaman

Sungguh sangat parah, pilih kamar suite yang termahal tapi banyak sarang laba-laba di mana-mana, kamar mandi kran wastafel mati harus dibenerin dulu, shower tidak panas, dan lampu ada yang mati. Penggatian sangat tidak profesional, lampu jatuh dan berserakan di lantai saat ada tamu. Sarapan sangat buruk untuk harga hotelnya. Sangat mengecewakan.

AC nya tidak dingin. Sarapannya di warung sebelah. Jadi kita pilih menu yang ada di warung tersebut. Enaknya lokasinya dekat stasiun.
