A refurbished building in a drab neighborhood. Very attractive modern and spacious room and bathroom, and a large kitchenette. Only one chair. There's certainly enough space for a couch and a coffee table, which would've been a nice addition. The bathroom is great, although the tall tub wall is difficult for an older person to step over. Also, per fashion silliness, there's only a half-length glass wall, so shower water inevitably lands outside the tub..
There is no air conditioner, only a heater. Could be an issue in summer. No safe. WiFi signal wasn't strong but worked OK.
There is no functioning elevator! This has apparently been so since opening, and no change is foreseen. I was on a top floor and had to climb the stairs with my bags, and several times a day.
Ignore Google Maps' transit directions, the hotel is actually across the street from Mlodych Techników tram stop, use the tunnel to cross over.
The location is just a kilometer away from the old city. There's nothing in the immediate vicinity of the hotel in terms of late-night dining, cafes, etc. Zabka closes at 11 and there is no vending machine at the hotel.
