It was an amazing experience! Everything was wonderfull, from the check in. ths staff, live music at the irish bar, breakfast, spa, room... Well be back soon thank you so much!

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast staff were very friendly and Alex on the front desk was very helpful! (My son lost his AirPods, but Alex was very helpful in getting them back to us!). A great location, the shuttle van was exceptionally helpful for reaching the gondola. We will come back again!!

Clean and basic but not 4 stars. Want to use the pool, there is a charge. Want to go with the kids to the pool, only before 18:00. Basic amenities and room but not worth the money. Nice breakfast through!

Ok place, clean, quiet. Very removed from everything. Downside was staff not available and slow response to telephone calls, lighting very bright in room and could not be dimmed so it feels like doctor exam room. If you want pool and spa, reasonable price. Otherwise, not a good pick.

Stayed at the property to gain access to some of the best cycling routes in Andorra - was not disappointed. Need a car as there is no shops or places to eat within walking distance. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice spa. Breakfast was good and fresh

As in description the hotel is a short distance from the town centre which didn’t really bother us and you get the amazing view! Room,bed etc all good and the food really good it was actually the best buffet dinner and breakfast we had in our 16 night trip, and that VIEW!

Hotel is lovely and beds are super comfortable, however the rooms are so warm which made a comfortable night's sleep hard. We stayed twice in the space of two weeks and it was the same both times. We stayed on half board basis and the food was very good and lots to choose from. Could really do with having air-conditioning in the rooms for the hot summer months.

Incredibly easy to rent equipment - right across from the hotel. No need to arrange anything in advance. Very convenient.

Todo fue excelente. Todo el personal del hotel destaca por su profesionalidad y amabilidad. Desde el personal de la recepción (Alex) asi como todos los empleados del restaurante, Irish pub y los que se encargan de los traslados. La comida abundante y de muy buena calidad. El internet es mejorable porque habia que rellenar los datos continuamente. Sin duda volveremos ;)
