An okay place to stay, location is good for driving around the island and seeing everything. Definitely not somewhere you would want to stay if you haven't hired a car. The villa was quite clean although the pool was not, the grout in the tiles was very dirty and there was grime along the waterline, pool was also quite cold. The kitchen cupboards had the bare minimum in, could really do with a few more kitchen essentials. 2 coffee machines but nothing to wrap or store food in, no spare bin bags. Also there is obviously an ant problem, as on the first day the kitchen was covered in them and the only thing in the cupboard under the sink was ant spray. On the plus side there was nice views of the mountains and the sea either side of the villa, the staff were helpful and friendly. If the pool was warmer and cleaner the outside area would have been absolutely perfect. Check in process was good and a whatsapp group was created before our stay to do early check in and I could use this chat to ask for any info needed. They sent recommendations for the area for beaches, restaurants and things to do on the island.

What a great find Kolymbia Village was! If you like exploring, this complex is aptly located in Rhodes giving visitors plenty of options to visit beaches, historical sites, etc. A car is advisable to get around if staying here. The accommodation is well furnished and clean. It benefits from a swimming pool and outdoor dining area. While it advertises that a BBQ is available, it was not at the villa when we arrived. However all you have to do is ask the team and they provide one for use.

We had an amazing stay. The management is friendly, professional and very caring. We had a family reunion and couldn't ask for a better place. The villas are remodeled and clean and the pool was very well taken care of. We are already planning to come back next year. Thank you.

The staff were excellent on reception including the owner on site We were evacuated due to the recent fires and the staff could not be more accommodating due to our own situation The villa was extremely comfortable with two superb double bedrooms with air conditioning in each room with all kitchen appliances with a fantastic pool with every villa. The villa had two seating areas and a lounge area by the pool so you can get shade if needed Great location for fantastic beaches north or south or a day trip to Old town Rhodes, boat trip to Symi island The local town of kolymbia is very commercialised. The local restaurant Taverna Tsambikos and take away grill house To Chorio were excellent recommendations from the staff. We'd definitely rebook this venue

Amazing villas built on small hillock. Every detail has been though out to provide customers a pleasant stay.

This is not a hotel but rather a self service property. There is no ice machine or any amenities to speak of… and you are expected to bring your own toilet paper. You are also told upon arrival that it is your responsibility to strip the beds and take out the garbage before leaving. Not exactly a relaxing visit as this was not explained at time of booking. With that said it was very nice property and calm. The beaches are within a 5 minute drive and the personal swimming pool at our unit, although quite cold water, was a pleasure.

These are marketed as villas, they are not. We paid for what we understood to be a villa, they're apartments with private pools, or "half a villa". We were upgraded for one night and then had to move as the "Villa" we booked was not ready. With 3 children, moving properties is does not constitute an upgrade, it's a pain. They acted like this was doing us a favor, when in fact we wasted a day moving and basically disputing what a villa actually is. They're lucky they have Mr Petros, he was very nice and very diplomatic and seemed to be the only person who actually came to talk to us. The lady who moved us didn't even have the decency to put her phone down while she was with us. The apartments themselves are OK for what they are, but if you're expecting a traditional villa with a private pool, you'll be disappointed. The staff were polite at first, but became very rude, said we're welcome to leave without reimbursement and then wouldn't talk to us and left the group chat. The only thing to bear in mind if you have small children is unless you have their deluxe villa [which are the only actual villas on site] you'll get a pool that's 5ft deep all around. Nice for what they are, but don;t be misled by the images, you get half a villa.

The communication was first class making sure that we were fully informed prior to our arrival. When we arrived we were absolutely delighted with our Villa, clean, tidy, all fully equipped with what we needed, good views of the local scenery. The staff Sophia, Antonia & owner Pedro were very helpful & accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Made us feel very at home which made our 16 night stay very enjoyable , relaxing & stress free which was just what we needed. Pool was absolutely fabulous for relaxing & cooling off on the hot sun. We would have no hesitation on returning or recommend to others. Definitely need a car to get around to see the island with some beautiful beaches & other tourist areas. The food & hospitality in the local restaurants are very worthwhile visiting especially Ouzaki in Kolymbia but make sure you book.

Gorgeous new property seated in hills above Kolymbia, minutes from the beach and great tavernas. Private pool, spacious villa, and the nicest people! Front desk will help you book massages, tours or boats. We extended our stay and did day trips to Lindos and Rhodes city. Thank you so much Sophia, Antonia and Pete!! We will be back soon. ☀️🇬🇷 🥂

Thank you to Sophia and Anotonia from Kolymbia Village Villa's, they were very kind and always ensured we were all okay, offering clean bedsheets and towels as well as providing us with a list of places to visit (the majority of which we did). Only thing I would say is that unless you have money for taxi's a hire car is necessary which we did so it was perfect for us and we would definitely come back! James and Katie :)

Beautiful property, very well kept , spotlessly clean. The concierge Mark couldn’t do enough for you. He was very good giving advice about the area, arranging taxis and he was very welcoming.

Fantastic stay, lovely complex with great facilities in the villa. Loved the private pool! There was an issue with my booking but it was resolved quickly and satisfactorily. The concierge Marc was great and gave us tips on where to visit. Car needed if staying here as located out of the way off a dual carriageway.

Lovely villas with private pool. Couldn’t have asked for anything more to relax with the family. Perfect place to escape the worries of the world and enjoy the sunshine! Marc the concierge was lovely and always there to help us if we needed anything. Pool size was perfect for a family holiday. Villas were very spacious offering 2 bedrooms and a Large lounge/kitchen. Would definitely consider returning in the future.

Amazing experience made even better by the amazing Concierge Marcus who could not have been more helpful. Beautiful villas in a beautiful location. Good pool sizes and apartments. Looking forward to going back asap.

Travelled as two couples. An excellent peaceful stay, the suite was very clean with private pool and separate terrace great for drinking at night on after a meal at the local taverna (try Tsambikos - its excellent). Village is well maintained and Mark very knowledgable and friendly when greeting us and when we left. All in all would definitely go again, perfect in the current climate as a private little retreat for a week away in the sun!
