Today was my and Mrs last day 3rd July 2025. Honestly not a single issue. Spacious room deluxe superior room and clean and tidy. Lobby and sitting outdoors area was superb. Breakfast was continental a star. Power shower, swimming pool, gym, steam room and Sona room, all well clean no hygiene issues. I'm defo coming to stay again.. thank to all team

Hotel is lovely luxurious and clean. Staff were friendly and professional., l Biggest downside was breakfast! Not much selection, and what was available was necessarily good. Food from hotel restaurant was netter. Overall lovely stay, nice facilities and gym also great!

Had to call several times to get AC and fridge fixed. They lack manners, dont apologise for their mistake. There was a party going ok downstairs that continued until 1.30am! Being on first floor, could hesr everything!.bedsheets werent changed everyday, unless you asked. Breakfast was mostly the same everyday.

Enjoyed my stay at hotel deluxe mid June for 4 nights. Hotel staff were friendly & always happy to help, also offered a money exchange service at front desk. Breakfast was pleasant but there could have been more variety also there was no toaster available for the bread and english tea was hard to come by (i am glad i took my own teabags) Room was as described- tidy & spacious. We had requested a connecting room as had two family bookings and this was given which was great! The only negative i have to say was on one of the nights there was a party/wedding event taking place on the ground floor, we were staying on the 1st floor and the music was absolutely pounding until almost 1am! Events like these should not be allowed to end so late i’m sure we weren’t the only guest’s being kept awake by the loud music. Other than that our stay has been very pleasant. We ate from the garden restaurant twice was very nice. Hotel is a 4min walk from a shopping mall & 5mins walk from tram/bus stop so super convenient- also a mini convenience store is situated opposite the hotel which came in handy.

Nice 5 star hotel , need a tram to go to sultanhamet . Has a nice mall near this hotel. A few nice shops and restaurants. To go to the historical sites you need to go in car or tram.

The only thing that i can not give 5 star is reception's staff...All the rest of the experience at this hotel is 5 stars. Nice and clean , very good location and public transport. The breakfast was rich and for everyone 😋. Hilal, the girl from the bar was so nice, helpful and kind. The swimming pool was nice , clean and spacious.

The atmosphere was delightful. Walking into the lobby was bright and elegant. My room was spacious, inviting and clean. The hotel room included a kettle for my tea. And a mini fridge to store my medical supplies. I would stay again. All in all a beautiful experience.

As described just AC wasn't cool enough.

One of the best hotels I picked during my troubles starting from the moment we walked in until we left everything is perfect

This is a large, decadent stay in a great historic area of town, close to all public transport. The staff sometimes forgot minor things but very helpful when prompted. Some very good English speakers, but as always in Türkiye please learn some basic Turkish and they will be delighted and more helpful. We liked the smoking lounge, but if you do not like cigarette smoke stay out of the main restaurant in the main lobby.
