clean, lovely staff, spacious

The bungalow was superb. Very clean and great facilities - and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were really welcoming and made us feel completely at home - nothing was too much trouble - and the breakfast was delicious. We cannot praise Natura Resort enough and we will be back - for sure.

I stayed for 2 nights in order to be close to Bilbao for the football. When I checked out I mistakenly didn’t ask for the receipt, the lady told me that it will all be sorted automatically from my booking. When I come home I see they charged me nearly double the amount they were supposed to. They have so far not refunded me the money.

Nice staff

The staff is wonderful. This is nice way to chill while exploring the Rioja Valley.

Everything about this place is great; but the staff make it exceptional! I was visiting with my senior dog and they made us feel right at home. The parking is easy, there is a great restaurant on site, the grounds are beautiful, and it's very close to Haro. Everything in the villa was thought-out and there is plenty of space, inside and outside. Wifi was good and each room has A/C. The only thing I would suggest is to add a coffee maker(Nespresso or similar) in the room. I will definitely return soon!

Un très bel resort, composé de charmantes petites villas, parfait pour des vacances en famille ou en couple. Le personnel est incroyablement accueillant et attentionné, et le cadre est d'une sérénité exceptionnelle. Le peti déjeuner est servi à table avec une élégance remarquable ! Si vous êtes amateur de vin, vous serez au paradis. Niché au nord de l'Espagne, dans la célèbre région de La Rioja, ce lieu est mondialement reconnu pour ses vins exquis. Une expérience inoubliable vous attend !

Estancia muy agradable en un entorno en plena naturaleza. La cabaña es muy acogedora y está muy bien equipada. El desayuno buffet muy completo, variado y de calidad. Resumiendo: volveremos.

Le top pour une ou plusieurs nuits. Cadre splendide, bungalow bien entretenu, restaurant délicieux, personnel sympathique. J’y retourne des que possible. On a adoré !

Un sitio ideal para desconectar en la naturaleza. Por decir algo podían poner cafeteras en todas las casas o al menos ofrecer la posibilidad de alquilar una, teniendo en cuenta que en otro tipo de casas lo tienen.

Nos gustó mucho, todo bien

Fint koncept, men stedet bærer præg af at være nyt og ikke helt gennemført. Vi troede vi havde booket en bungalow. Denne viste dig at være et mobilhome, hvor alt var plastic. Der er, hvad man har behov for, men kvaliteten følger ikke koncept og branding. Der var intet naturligt over den. Området er aflukket og roligt. Fint beplantet. Morgenmaden okay. Poolområdet fint, men det meste af den store pool var med lavt vand, så det ikke er muligt at svømme. Legepladsen kun til 1-3 årige, og i det hele taget er stedet mest egnet til yngre børnefamilier. Det er lidt kønsløst og mangler karakter. Ikke særlig hyggeligt, og der er ikke meget at give sig til.

se nota que las instalaciones están nuevas y a falta de rematar algún detalle; pero la estancia resulta cómoda. Al ser nuevo, falta un poco de rodaje en algunos servicios del resort; pero han sido correctos en todo momento.
