Time of check in a bit late than other hotel

Small family travelers, enjoyed staying in the hotel. Easy to get around by cars. Pray that the mall next to it will have more stores opening.

The hotel staff is nice, very helpful when I ordered the wrong king bed, willing to exchange for a twin on the spot. Only the sink faucet was leaking, so the bathroom was always flooded. The hotel is okay for a stay, the location is maybe not strategic.

It's an old hotel, but still well maintained. Considering the fare, there is nothing to complain about. It's more than OK. The surrounding area is so quiet at night, so if you need a quiet place to rest, this is a good choice. Check-in and check-out were so smooth. Friendly staff.

The room smelled a bit when I first entered. Maybe because it was rarely used. The hotel environment is very quiet, the car park is spacious. The swimming pool is quite clean and spacious. There is a gym whose equipment is quite old, but I had the chance to use it twice. Hopefully the equipment will be upgraded soon. Overall okay. Advice for those who stay here if you don't rent a car, it's a bit difficult because the distance to the city center is quite far.

Easy check-in with a warm welcome from the front desk. Since 2025 in Malaysia there is a tax for foreign tourists of RM10 per night. Spacious and clean rooms, suitable for family room options with attractive room rates. For those who have children, they can take their children swimming in the pool. The breakfast menu is minimalist but there are still menu choices.

The location is around Waterfront, stay here for 4 days. The condition of the building does look old and old but it is still very suitable for occupancy. Actually, this hotel is 1 with a shopping center area but unfortunately the shopping center is closed so if you look at this area only the hotel is operating, but this hotel is very popular. My transportation access is easy with Grab. For travelers who come to Kuching, you can make this hotel one of the alternatives to stay. The staff is very kind & friendly.

Parking OK, check in smooth, toilet OK, room size OK but the layout make it small and packed. Breakfast basic, don't have any speciality, we take nasi lemak but the sambal finish, they want to refill. Take long time to refill?
