Fast service for all, delicious breakfast, there was a New Year's Eve dinner, the event was nice, no percon, great

Vacation here with family and children is very happy, can swim as much as you like, the shower area has towels, don't forget to bring shampoo and soap from the hotel room to the shower area. Then, the food has many variations and the taste is really good, not inferior to Novotel, cool, friendly and responsive service, my 3 year old and 5 year old children are free to enter to be creative even though they only eat fried rice that I take and feed, usually 4 star hotels are annoying because children are not allowed to enter even though they are not like us adults who eat large portions, basically here is recommended for families, we are from Palembang and have a taste for the food, next time we come back here on the weekend.

It's nice to stay here..the atmosphere is beautiful, the staff are friendly, there are lots of food choices..the room is clean..the only thing that's a bit annoying is that the bathroom only has one water outlet, which is at the shower...the other one doesn't have one. As a result, the water stagnates and comes out of the bathroom.

The hotel area is surrounded by hills and there are many trees in the hotel's open indoor courtyard, so it's very pleasant.

Thank you for the great service, the room was spacious, the food was really good, we will definitely go back there.

Nice, clean hotel near the airport. Unfortunately, I didn't have time for breakfast because Lion Air changed the flight schedule. It was supposed to be at 1/6/20 and instead, it was moved up to 7:00 a.m., so I didn't have time for breakfast. 🙈 A friend said the breakfast was delicious. God willing, I'll try the breakfast next time I stay here again, hehehe. The surrounding area is beautiful, lots of trees, and there's a jogging track. The staff are friendly, and they ordered a taxi to go home. Friends who want to stay here, don't forget to bring sportswear. Jogging is really fun here. Next time, God willing, I'll come here again.

I'm always satisfied with my staycation here. The atmosphere is beautiful, perfect for a staycation. The facilities, like the swimming pool, are quite good, but yesterday it was a bit dirty because we were swimming in the afternoon and it was crowded because there were also people from outside. But overall, I'm satisfied with my staycation here.

The location is close to the airport, the breakfast is quite good, the place is clean, just the atmosphere of the room, hopefully it can be updated to follow current furniture trends.

On Saturday nights, they have a dinner event in the village, and the food is very reasonably priced. The meatballs are delicious, and the service is impeccable. Everyone is friendly. The restaurant staff are very welcoming, the pool staff are very helpful with towels, and the rooms are very clean. Awesome.
