This hotel is really nice for resting and vacationing. I really want to stay here for a long time.

Nice place to stay for plane spotting.

Stayed here because we got an early flight. The location is very good, only 5 minutes walk to terminal 3. To Jewel only 10-15 minutes walk. The room is very spacious, suitable for those who are on business trips. The hotel staff is very professional. We asked for a room with a connecting door and our request was taken care of. And because we had to check out before 6 am, we asked for breakfast to go. And even though when we called it was past the scheduled time, the hotel still fulfilled our request. It's just that the drinks given were more than what we asked for, so we had a bit of trouble handling the juice and coffee that were too much. (Because we didn't check the contents of the bag when it was given). But overall I think it's very good.

We got free breakfast even though we bought a room without breakfast.🥰 🥰🥰🥰😍

the best transit hotel in the best airport

You can really hear the sound of the airplane engine from the takeoff and landing as the hotel has an open concept. It's kind of annoying during the night. The reception gave me a wrong key for another tenant who has the same family name with me and instead of checking themselves properly with their haughty attitude, they keep on calling and reconfirming. Eventually, we have to move to another room that's quite a distance.

usually here for staycation, because it's only 1 night. location in T3 changi, close to MRT access, skytrain to T1 and access to jewel. the service is friendly, the staff always offer help and ask our needs. didn't take the one that includes breakfast because of the morning flight.

The runaway view room is very nice.

Lydia @ Reception - awesome first impression. Not only was the check-in smooth and efficient, but she spent time explaining the hotel and its amenities efficiently. Which is what I needed after a long flight. Raymond @ Club Lounge - Impressive service at the highest professionalism. I was hosting business meetings in the lounge. Raymond understands the true nature of hospitality - He was there to serve but was not intrusive. Nok was awesome too. I like the hotel to acknowledge both Lydia and Raymond for their excellent service and professionalism - definitely assets to the hotel. To both of them, I wish both of you all the best in your professional careers. Hope to see you soon.
