The staff is friendly, the food is varied, the hotel area is clean, the room I booked was a 4-bedroom cottage, it felt damp, the wall closest to the bathroom was moldy, the bathroom needed a little touch-up to make it more comfortable, there was a lock on the window that was missing, this will be fixed soon for comfort and security, hopefully it will remain a family choice. A hotel with natural beauty. If I were to compare the Royal Hotel Tretes and Trawas, I'd prefer Trawas, as it's so cool.

Stayed at this hotel with my family. The downsides: only one elevator for staff and only one for the staff. When we ate at the restaurant at night, we had to wait an hour for our food to arrive. We complained about the food arriving. The room wasn't soundproof, so when I brought a baby, I could hear the screaming outside. The upsides: the breakfast menu was extensive and delicious. The air was cool. I'd like to try the 4-bedroom villa next time.

I stayed in room 205 on January 3, 2026. The worst hotel I've ever been to, from the staff at the restaurant who didn't care, the food beside it was infested with green flies I helped chase them away but they were indifferent, hello that's the food consumed by guests you see I chase away the flies but they leave it, the room is not soundproof, coincidentally there was a group c.in also above 12 at night it was very noisy and disturbed other guests, isn't there a curfew rule? If there is a group make it one floor or make a rule, my room was banged on at 5 o'clock "which made all my children wake up.. we seek peace not endless noise during break time..

The location is great if you ride an automatic motorbike like me, the check-in and check-out process is fast, the hotel environment is comfortable and clean, there are lots of activities in the hotel, the rooms are clean, unfortunately the wifi was very slow at that time, the amenities are complete, I will definitely come back again with my extended family.

The bathroom needs an exhaust fan to prevent odors from flowing into the bedroom. There aren't enough power outlets, only two. Even those are used for the TV and electric kettle. The nightlight is off and won't turn on. Otherwise, it's fine.

we stayed at the 4 bedroom Canna villa..and it's really suitable for a big family gathering....cool air..just maybe it needs maintenance on some damp spots on the walls and corners but that's normal because the air is very cold the walls get damp quickly..overll all we are satisfied...in the afternoon we can walk to the front there is a cafe kopi sontoloyo and at night we can chat on the balcony above..in the morning the kids are happy to be able to explore the garden and swim...recommended for end of year holidays 👍👍

The Royal Hotel is really nice, the view is beautiful and the hotel is very spacious. The garden is beautifully maintained. The staff is friendly, the room is clean. -Wi-Fi keeps disappearing and reappearing. -The TV works but there's no signal or picture. I've called the RCP, but they haven't come, so I can't watch the TV. I'm too lazy to use FU again. I don't know if the technician is busy or not, but the RCP forgot to tell the technician. Overall, the hotel is okay, I might come back here again.
