It was a very impressive stay at Royal Ambarukmo 👍🏻

The hotel staff was very friendly. Our family was greatly assisted by Ms. Silvi from the F&B sales team during the Patehan royal moment. It was an incredible experience.

Staff from top to bottom level are of the same standard, providing equally good service, without discrimination.

Check in was very smooth, coincidentally just checked in around 4 am because I went to Jogja by train and the staff were all alert, friendly and without delay we were able to check in to our room. Breakfast also has many variations and the most delicious is the gudeg. I don't know why I usually don't like gudeg, but the gudeg at this restaurant is a must try. All the staff are friendly and greet us when we pass by. This is a kids-friendly hotel too because there are many activities for children, there is also a kids corner for breakfast. We will come back for sure, and bring the kiddos here too!

The best hotel in Jogja. Strategic location... comfortable atmosphere... luxurious. Typical Jogja hospitality that makes you want to come back. The food and drinks at the restaurant... hmm, no need to ask... everything is delicious, lots of variety.

This hotel is the best in Jogja. Starting from the excellent service, all the staff are friendly and respond quickly when needed. The facilities are also all great. The rooms are spacious. I was really happy to be able to stay at Royal Ambarrukmo, the kids were also happy because there were lots of toys, awesome!!

I was very impressed with the friendly staff and the surrounding area. The historical relics of the palace are still preserved. I'll definitely stay there again next time I'm in Yogyakarta.

As far as I know, this hotel has been around for a long time. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff here are friendly and always helpful. The breakfast menu has a lot of choices, and everything is delicious. The hotel is very suitable for family vacations, with very interesting hotel facilities for children. Easy access because it is on the side of the Adi Sucipto highway. Hopefully, I can come here again next time, when there is a promotion hehe

I was right to choose to stay at this hotel. Yesterday when I stayed, the hotel was very crowded, it seemed full because it was school holidays. However, I was very grateful because I was able to check in an hour earlier. The lobby waiting room smells good and there are many comfortable sofas for waiting. Breakfast is okay but could be improved in terms of taste. I liked the rice porridge the most, but the sago pearls were overcooked. The fruit and vegetable juice variants are also complete (I really like them). The staff are helpful and friendly. The parking area has many slots available and there is a place to charge electric cars. I requested a complimentary cake and it turned out to be really big, it's a great effort from the hotel.
