The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are friendly, the service is okay.

It's very, very unpleasant to book a family room but they don't allow only 2 people to enter with the excuse that the application only allows 2 people. I often stay in hotels like this, it's useless. I booked a family room but my 10-year-old child was charged an additional hotel fee. Not very recommended.

The staff is very friendly and kind. The breakfast dishes are also delicious. It's just a shame that the bed tube water drainage is not flowing smoothly. The toilet is a Dry Toilet type, there is no Bidet Toilet so for those who are not used to it without a bidet, it's a bit uncomfortable. Hehehe.

Very happy. The room is very big. And direct sea view during breakfast. It's just that the bathtub is a bit scary hehe because it goes too low.

Sayang banget baru bisa check in jam 9 malam. Kamar luas, harum dan bersih cmn gaada jet shower di toiletnya yg cukup menyusahkan 😂 nonton lumba2 jam 6 pagi 125k/org. Wajib ke sini buat yg mau cari ketenangan, rasanya ga pengen pulang 😂

Disappointed, because I had chosen a room that had a sofa bed and a sofa but it turned out that I had to add an extra bed which ended up not being used, just because I brought a 15 year old child who according to the information on the application, the child was 0-17 years old, because the order at the last minute forgot to enter the information child, the toilet flush doesn't work, the TV can't connect to the internet.

Thank God, the staff is friendly. Helpful. The room is really big. The bathroom is also big with a big bathtub. Unfortunately for us who usually rinse with water, here the toilet uses tissue. Automatically less comfortable for us. Directly adjacent to the beach. At night we sat on garden chairs which were only 3 meters from the shoreline listening to the crashing waves. Ananda was happy because after swimming in the sea he could immediately rinse and dive into the pool.

Beach directly near the room, can be satisfied to play sand. room fragrant with bunk, large refrigerator, there is a dining table, sofa, TV is not smooth, water / hot water is not smooth at certain hours. Parking is less extensive. the staff are friendly. no spray on the toilet.

When I entered the hotel I was confused, because from the outside it did not show the impression of the hotel, just entered also confused where the receptionist. Then one of the hotel staff showed me the hotel room and I immediately ran away, and chose to book a hotel outside. In essence the price does not match the hotel.

The management was so bad. And the price is very expensive. The room isn't good as I imagine.. The system at this hotel is very-very bad. Not recommended hotel for everyone and family. Won't come back even there's no more room except this hotel.

Good satisfy just flooded toilet and no tool to chop, less frying pan to cook
