This is my umpteenth time staying at Ibis for business. It's always a pleasure, thanks to the hospitality and all the service at this hotel. Thank you. It's a very comfortable stay.

For those who bring a private car, please check with the receptionist again whether your car plate is connected to the parking area because if you want to get out, it will be a hassle for you because you have to check the car plate and proof of your room booking card.

clarity regarding breakfast rations is unclear

The rooms are comfortable and spacious enough for their star rating. Extending your stay is easy, but the price fluctuates with the dollar. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the rooms can't be turned off unless the key is removed. The food is varied, but the same every day.

The room key was problematic, the intention was to be able to rest immediately but was delayed for about 30 minutes queuing at the reception to reactivate the room key.

If possible, the bathroom could be enlarged and the service could be fast

Favorite if you go to BDG, because the hotel has cold AC, the service is ok, but the rooms are a bit narrow.

It's perfect for us... If you want to go to TSM, just take one step... 👍🏻

For friendly staff, breakfast has many variations... So far satisfied.

It was very impressive even though it was only for 1 night, I wanted more but the national assignment was only for 1 day.

This highly recommended hotel in Bandung is located next to Trans Studio Mall and is strategically located. It's also close to the culinary scene at Cibadak (Sudirman Food Street). Overall, a stay here is a great experience.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly.
