The room was great for the price, clean and comfortable. It was also quite soundproof at night, so it wasn't noisy. Breakfast was so-so, and the staff was helpful.
The annoying part was that check-in took so long, 30-40 minutes, and it was so slow. Even though the line was already long, the staff seemed to be doing the same thing.
And please label each row, which is for check-in and which is for parking, so you don't waste time.
Parking in B1 is limited, with too many empty rows for valet parking.

The hotel is quite affordable, steps from Trans Studio Mall, near Fore Coffee, and the Trans Studio rides.
The breakfast menu is quite extensive, even available outside the restaurant. The hotel's surroundings are cool at night.
There's a water dispenser in the hallway, so you don't have to buy bottled water.
Overall, it's okay and I recommend staying here if you're in Bandung.

For me, the bathroom door lock is important and the refrigerator wasn't working at that time so the chocolate that I was hoping would freeze ended up soft, other than that, I think it's enough.

The location is easily accessible and very strategic, the room facilities are okay but unfortunately there are no towels provided and when checking out I asked for prayer equipment to be delivered even when ordering on Traveloka, but unfortunately there was no response. cantumlam
