The location and service are top-notch. It's close to everything. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The staff are all friendly. Breakfast is varied. I stayed here for 6 days. I was very satisfied. I'll be back again next time.

Great Stay at Royal Regantris Kuta – Comfortable & Convenient! I stayed at Royal Regantris Kuta Hotel during my trip to Bali and had a really pleasant experience. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to Kuta Beach and close to plenty of shops, restaurants, and entertainment spots, yet still tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always greeted me with a smile. Check-in was smooth, and I appreciated how responsive they were throughout my stay. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially liked the rooftop pool—it’s a great spot to unwind, with a lovely view, especially at sunset. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Royal Regantris Kuta to anyone looking for a solid, affordable hotel in a prime location in Bali. I’d be happy to stay here again on my next visit!

The room is cool, comfortable, clean, fragrant.

The room is spacious but not clean. The hotel slippers are used and not replaced, the towels are dull and smelly, the toilet looks like it is not maintained and is dirty. To take a shower you have to climb into the bathtub and the bathtub is slippery.

My experience, at first I thought the room would be cramped and small, because from the outside it looked small in the reception area, but after we saw the room directly, it was very spacious, the room was spacious, the bathroom was also spacious and clean, there was free wifi too, the wifi was very smooth. The staff were friendly, the security was also very friendly and very helpful. I will come back again another time.

the limited breakfast is not balanced with the price, we also ate at the restaurant when we paid using a debit card when we pressed the PIN, his eyes were watching us unprofessionally, we were really disturbed.

This was our second stay in the hotel. We checked-in only for 1 night because our flight was rescheduled. You have options for the deposit: Money or ID card. I chose to leave the ID card, and got it back upon check out. We got the superior room which was located at the new building so the room was new. The room was way smaller than the deluxe one (obviously). There was no bathtub and no hairdryer in the bathroom (like in the deluxe room), but that's okay, it's still spacious enough to walk around. This room is perfect if you're traveling alone or with a partner for a short period. If you plan to stay longer, I suggest you book the deluxe room. The fridge and the AC worked perfectly well. Wifi still a little slow after 5 PM. You can access the superior room at the new building through the bigger elevator near the restaurant, instead of the small one near the lobby. Staffs were friendly, polite and helpfull as always. Just asked them if you need anything. Don't forget to say 'thank you'!

Stayed in the old building but the room was very well-maintained. Deluxe room with a bathtub, pretty spacious. Unlimited hot water. Wifi a little bit slow after 5 PM, but that's okay. Clean rooftop swimming pool. They provide towels for the pool area, so you won't have to bring any towel from your room. Friendly staffs, great service, the food was tasty and affordable and the hotel is within a walking distance to other restaurants, pharmacy, ATM, and convinience stores. Just dial the ext 1 and the staff will cater to your needs within less than 5 minutes. Really great service. Will definitely book this hotel again.

The staff service is very friendly, breakfast is lacking. And if possible for the amenities in the bathroom need to be added again. But overall is good enough for the price of the room.
