It is necessary to pay attention to and provide more supporting facilities such as; - slippers for room users - mineral water, sugar, tea, coffee and a water heater - a mirror/dressing mirror must be in the room - the shower water is not hot at all (please review this) - the receptionist should be on standby on the spot... because several times contacted via telephone they never answered.

The hotel atmosphere (both inside and outside the room) is quite comfortable, but there are some things that need to be reviewed, namely: - the shower water is not hot at all. - the lock and door of the room I stayed in need to be renewed. - drinks and drinking amenities (water heater, sugar, tea and coffee) need to be provided. - there needs to be a mirror/dressing mirror in the room.

The bathroom was repaired, the sink water was not running, the bathroom ceiling was very dirty.

Strategic location, staff is not friendly, cleanliness is okay

The room looks unkempt, the atmosphere is a bit creepy, there are only one or two staff.

The room lights are off, the toilet is hard to flush, the water doesn't come out, the ceiling is dirty, the towels and sheets are dirty.
