For the price of around 700 in the outskirts of Bandung, I thought the cleanliness was good. It turned out the toilet smelled. The room was not soundproof. In the morning the children were running around noisily and could be heard immediately. The bed was uncomfortable to sleep on. There was an itchy sensation on my body and legs when I slept. I don't have any photographic evidence because what I complained about couldn't be photographed.

I enjoyed my stay there. The staff were very accommodating at looking after my issues to make my stay very comfortable and satisfying. The breakfast experience was very good, the food selection and quality fine. I was able to extend my stay and when I return to Bandung I will be sure to stay at the Shakti Hotel. Thank you.

The AC is hot. The vibe isn't like a hotel at that price, more like a hotel priced at 100,000-200,000 Rupiah.

The location is very strategic, the breakfast menu is varied and delicious. The hotel environment is also quite comfortable. Unfortunately, the room is not soundproofed, so traffic noise from outside is quite loud. Sound from the next room also penetrates. But overall, the room was quite comfortable, and the bathroom was clean.

This is my second time here. Overall, I wasn't disappointed, except perhaps for the breakfast. The second time I was here, the breakfast menu was actually reduced. It was still the holiday season, and the pool was at its best. The water was very cold, but I think it would have been better if it were warmer or at a neutral temperature.

The hotel staff are all friendly. The check-in and check-out process is also fast. The room is clean and quite spacious. We arrived at the hotel quite late and were rewarded with a comfortable room. Next time we will stay there again :)
