The rooms and surrounding area are nice, the hotel facilities are quite complete, and the food is quite tasty but lacking in variety. A key point might be to improve the friendliness of the staff, especially the restaurant and room service staff. I called the night before to borrow a bowl and cutlery, but they weren't delivered until check out. The restaurant staff also seemed to chat a lot and didn't help get a baby chair for guests with children (I stayed on a weekday, so there weren't many guests). I also didn't see any lifeguards, instead some were reprimanding people swimming in the pool wearing clothes.

This resort is very comfortable, the atmosphere is nice, the parking lot is deliberately made close to the room. The room is clean and spacious, so spacious that I'm confused about what to do, but it would be better if it had a sofa. There are lots of empty spaces so it's suitable for bringing kids. But maybe this is just a suggestion, there are lots of empty spaces but there is only one playground, maybe it can be made again for the rooms at the end so they don't have to be far away, and there are lots of empty spaces but there are very few benches for relaxing, maybe more benches can be added. Especially in the swimming pool area, there are very few benches and it's close to the beach. I like the resort service, I swear all the staff are very friendly. For the restaurant food, I think the taste is a little lacking, but people's tastes are different. If we order restaurant food, it tastes delicious. Anyway, I really like it and will come back again. The good thing about the resort is that we can hang out in front of the hotel room because it's very spacious, guys. Anyway, it's great

It was so much fun and I was lucky to get a room with a direct beach view, the swimming pool is also spacious and access to the beach is also close.

Very impressive..only the dinner coupon should have been given at check in..this was put under the door so I had already ordered at the restaurant so I didn't use it

Good hotel, but not very soundproof, always noisy because it's outside, and the electricity goes out every 5 minutes, housekeeping wants to clean the room without using the bell first, she immediately opens it using her access card where my wife is sleeping so I was shocked.

It was actually very pleasant because it wasn't too far away. The hotel's atmosphere was also beautiful, with lots of trees, making it comfortable and not too hot. The swimming pool wasn't too far from the beach, and there were plenty of activities inside. However, I found the room I stayed in very disappointing. There was no hair dryer, toothbrush holder, or cup for making coffee or tea. I also found the food at the restaurant to be overpriced, with almost everything being salty. Even when I got a new one, it still tasted salty.

A child-friendly hotel recommended for staying with children. The staff is also friendly and helpful.

Overall, it's quite good, you can get a promo price of 900 thousand rupiah. The atmosphere in the room feels like there's something missing, the grass in front of the room also seems to be neglected, but the atmosphere of the pool and beach is good, it makes the kids happy.
