Staff is lazy to clean the room

Nice lobby, dirty room floor and furnitures, tiny television

Bad room, bathroom and smell. Renovation needed I ordered ocean view but i saw city n mountain

The room is nice. But unfortunately the shower is above the bathtub, so when you take a shower you have to climb onto the bathtub. I'm afraid of falling.

Room service was very slow, had to be requested repeatedly, just asking for an ashtray and an extra mat had to be called 3 times, there was a bathtub and sink but there were no stoppers, all the faucets were almost broken.. In the photo the room was carpeted but when we got it, the room with the ceramic floor was cold. Plus, all the TV channels were buzzing and crackling (hoping for a smart TV with Netflix 😭😥) Note: We stayed in a business suite (hoping for much better facilities than a standard room, because we paid more for the room rate of 1,277,000/night).

Nice staff at reception and the rooms are nice and well appointed. The location is good. Would definitely stay there again. The Italian Restaurant (Amiccos) located at the hotel is very good. 👍
