Quite comfortable & strategic location

Good recommendation for next transit

Staying 2 days (1 night) here, totally I and mg family cant connect to wife. When I was asking to receptions, he promised to send the IT staff to help. However, the IT staff didnt come until the check out time. Our room view is infront off parking area, so the surrounding is noisy until midnight and I cant rest well. The breakfast is moderate taste with moderate variety. The coffee shop at hotel lobby is having cheap price with good coffee.

Anyway mantaaffff. Friendly, clean, comfortable.

Clean and comfortable hotel, the room is quite spacious plus an extra bed is also not cramped. The location of the hotel is easy to access, it only takes 15 minutes from the toll gate, to the town square you can walk or take a pedicab. The staff are really friendly, the price of food & coffee in the restaurant is pocket-friendly, the hotel facilities are quite complete. the first time to Cirebon immediately impressed, with a pocket-friendly price you can get maximum service and comfort. hopefully next time you can stop by again, thank you Bentani Hotel ..

Wi-Fi for TV can't connect, but overall it's satisfactory.

There is a bathtub, a hair dryer, a refrigerator, as listed. You can watch Netflix and YouTube on the TV, the screen is big, which is nice! The internet is also okay. Room service was responsive. Unfortunately in yesterday's room the power outlet in the refrigerator area was dead, so the refrigerator was dead and the water heater couldn't be used there. There was also a hairline crack on the bathtub floor, I was afraid of stepping on the wrong thing when taking a shower. I forgot to say it directly because for me it's still no issue. Maybe will do repeat purchase later when I have to visit the city again and hopefully the room will be fixed.

Highly recommended to stay, the staff is friendly, and the best thing is when the child's cellphone is left behind, they immediately contact us, thank you.

Strategic location. All staff are friendly. The room size is also quite spacious. The room is clean but the bathroom is a bit smelly. Book 3 rooms. In one of the rooms, the shampoo soap ran out and was not refilled, had to ask for it first. There were also no sandals, had to be asked for it first. The breakfast was quite good but not very varied.

Overall, the best Bentani Hotel. Close to everywhere, just for TV, when you're enjoying YouTube or TV broadcasts suddenly disappear, spinning around unclearly. Hopefully, next time for the wifi, they will pay more attention so that we can feel more at home in the room.

The room is clean and the staff is friendly.

The location is very strategic, the room is quite comfortable, but on Saturday night you can still hear music coming from the front of the room. The receptionist staff is friendly, one of the security guards is not friendly.

Everything is good, just disappointed with 1 unfriendly intern receptionist… the room order did not match the request and had to move rooms. However, the service was not good. Maybe because it was the Eid holiday season. Quite disappointing for the interns, but the other employees were friendly…

Always our family's favorite when visiting Cirebon. Always comfortable and satisfying. All staffs were very helpful and friendly. Feels like living in our own house.

I love the hospitality, the staffs are friendly, helpful, & informative. Located near the city centre & train station, surrounded by various traditional restaurants & modern cafes, this is one of the best hotel in Cirebon.

This hotel has become a family favorite, especially for me, because this is the hotel where my late father and I stayed when I was little.
