Dirty rooms,bed sheet did not changes still have many hair on the bed and Have to ask housekeeping to changes .dirty toilet and rooms. dirty everywhere.Wifi not good as well.

The room door card didn't work properly, there was no choice for breakfast and we weren't told about it from the start, there was no lift.
