The hotel staff was friendly and helpful at check-in.

Very comfortable for sleeping and access to tourist attractions and transportation is easy and close.

The place is clean and well-maintained, and the rooms are spacious. The floors need upgrading. The building is old, with damp walls. The bathroom is clean, but the walls and doors need upgrading. I still like it because it's well-maintained.

The place is close to Balapan Station, cheap prices, spacious car park.

It's worth it for that price, stayed for 2 days and got the 3rd floor, then the next day they asked me to move to the 2nd floor, they said there was maintenance on the 3rd floor, it's okay because the AC on the 3rd floor wasn't cold 😭 I moved to the 2nd floor and luckily got a fairly cold AC, okay, the service was also friendly, if I go to Solo I might stay here again 👍🏻

I don't know how many times I've stayed here. The location is strategic to everywhere. I once got a very spacious room in room 210.

Strategic location close to the station and create a very pleasant atmosphere

The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Early check in with a small additional fee and this is very helpful especially after a long trip from out of town. Toiletries are available liquid soap, shampoo and toothbrush there are 2. TV has channels, wifi up to the room. Dispenser is available and there is hot water. The bathroom water is smooth and the water heater is functioning normally. Close to the flexible supermarket, you can shop for sudden needs just by walking. The only thing that needs to be improved is the neatness of the bathroom door. Other than that it's ok and will come back here again. Thank you.

The room is clean and spacious, the staff is very friendly.

The only downside is that there are no stairs, but overall it's very good, the price is pocket-friendly, the room is comfortable, the staff are friendly.
