It's good, strategic location and good service

The dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at. I often stay in budget hotels but they're clean, but this hotel was the worst. The towels were dirty and even had hair on them, the bathroom was full of hair, the sheets were stained and yellow. Oh yeah, the male receptionist threatened that if there were more than two people, they would have to pay for an extra bed, even though there were only three of us. In all the times I've stayed in hotels, it's never been like this.

Convenient location, not far from my husband's office, just across the street.

The location and facilities are good. Hopefully, the cleanliness of the room, especially the bed, can be improved because it looks dirty and the sheets and pillowcases haven't been changed for a long time, making it uncomfortable.

There was loud karaoke all night so we were a bit disturbed

Loved the swimming pool, particularly while there was a thunderstorm. Liked that could buy a beer from reception!

Friendly staff, good service but the room is not soundproof, you can hear the sound of the elevator and vehicles outside.

Good service, good cleanliness

The room's cleanliness is still lacking. The sheets still have yellow stains on the pillows, the bathroom gaps are dirty, and there are lots of itchy ants in the room even though I haven't opened any food or sweet drinks. Please improve, especially regarding cleanliness. The breakfast is delicious and delivered to your room, and the hotel's atmosphere is also very kid-friendly.

The rooms should be dust-free, the TV cables wiped down, the mats mopped, and the room perfumed with a hotel-like fragrance. The pool should be cleaned again, making sure it's not cloudy. So far, access is good, and the food is delicious.

The place was comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, during our stay, the soap dispenser was broken, so it couldn't be used. Instead, the hotel provided a bar of soap from the hotel.

A memorable place and will come back here often
