unmarried couples not allowed to stay here, I booked the penthouse type for 8 persons of my family. the room was so good! it's american style kinda type, there's some cute spot to take photos, facilities were completed and clean, feels like home. But it's not recommended for elderly people because there's no lift here, overall it's a good experience to stay here for the 1st time, will be back. .

The hotel is not too big but very homey and a bit far from the crowd. Suitable for those who like peace and quiet. The room is very comfortable and feels like home. The staff is also friendly. The downside is probably the limited parking lot

The room is enough for 3 adults & 2 children. Cleanliness is quite good. However, because it is located on the lower floor, it is a bit noisy because of passing vehicles.

very noisy until more than 10 pm there were guests staying there very noisy chatting with the door open and strangely there was no warning from the staff even though the noise should have been heard up to the 2nd floor because there were only 2 floors and the room was near the stairs which was near the receptionist. after almost 2 hours with the noise I complained and then there was action from the hotel, I don't know if at that time the guest wanted to go home or what. the bathroom ceramic walls were also dirty because of mold

The location is in a residential area, quiet, far from the crowds, but easy to find food.

Value for my money. Spacious for family with young children.

The Cottonwood chain is always fun. We usually stay at the Paskal branch, this is the first time we tried the Pasteur branch and it did not disappoint. We stayed at the Family Suite, everything was okay, the only note was that the AC in the family room was not cold and smelled of urine. The environment is also fun, the best part is the Kampung Cerbonan restaurant near the hotel. The culinary there is a surefire place. The access is a bit annoying during office hours, because of the traffic jam, especially if you pass through Lanud Husein Sastranegara.

Check in and out process, fast. Cottonwood is always pleasant. I booked Pine Suite for my parents. The room is small but very homey. Cold AC, smooth wifi, Netflix is okay. As for cleanliness, don't ask, it's really good.

The place is ok just a little disturbed because of the many mosquitoes. Maybe it can be anticipated. Thank you for the good service

The hotel is clean and close to the Pasteur exit gate.

All the facilities are okay, the staff, although few, are responsive and very helpful, especially the staff (the guy wearing glasses).

This hotel is terrible and not recommended. Don't waste your time booking it. I booked a Pine Suite room. 1. Upon entering the room, I was immediately disturbed to find dirty underwear hanging on the back door handle. 2. I was informed by the staff that the door could not be locked because the owner likes to clean the room. The inability to lock the room for cleaning purposes was also a cause for concern. 3. The room was also extremely noisy due to the constant traffic outside, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. I decided not to stay at this hotel and checked out immediately to find a new one.

the room position is not comfortable... in front of the front office and not soundproof

The location is in a congested area on weekends, yesterday I wanted to get out of this area and was really stuck for 1 hour by car, it was still Friday, finally on Saturday we moved because the way here was through a small road that could only be taken turns, not recommended on weekends. 2. The room turned out to be really small, it was the thematic one. 3. It doesn't match my expectations for that price, sorry. 4. Climb a small staircase to get to the room. 5. The food is delicious and cheap.

Nice and comfort place for staycation.

Comfortable, clean, location inside the complex but easy to find, Pasteur toll exit is close to the location, check in is easy and fast, the FO is also friendly, the information is clear, there is a 100k deposit for the key, when the c/o is received, staying here is only for halal couples, okay 😃, next time I want to come here again, thank you

Went here for staycation. Building easily found, the room was great and cute. Will be consider staying here again in the future.
