The staff is friendly, overall it's really good, there are kids activities too, but unfortunately the water heater in the room I stayed in wasn't working so it was quite cold.

The only downside is that the AC is not cold, but fortunately the air is cool. The rest of the surrounding environment is very spacious and beautiful, suitable for family vacations. The employees are polite and friendly.

This resort is amazing, access is very easy, the staff from security, receptionist, to room service staff are very friendly. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are also big. The coolest thing is the facilities starting from the swimming pool, playground, field for playing football and there is KIDS ACTIVITY. my child is very happy. Next I want to take my older child here again to stay here again

I often stay here, although it is simple but it is clean, comfortable and family friendly, the air is cool, the food is quite delicious, very suitable for resting.

Overall the bungalow needs improvement because it looks old and there are many holes in the wooden & bamboo walls, the furniture needs to be repaired because it looks dirty, the door is hard to open, the bathroom shower is no longer suitable and needs to be replaced. Breakfast is average in taste and variety

friendly staff..nice and beautiful hotel..but lots of mosquitoes in the hotel

all the staff are friendly, but even though I checked in online, I was still asked & had to leave my ID card. This accommodation seems to be able to pay after staying, because when I checked out, I was asked by the receptionist, regarding payment. Even though I booked via Traveloka & when I upgraded the room to the Royal Suite, the drawback was that I had paid in cash when checking in.. 🤔

The cleanliness of the room is lacking because the floor is very dirty and dusty, besides that there are so many mosquitoes, it would be better if there was a mosquito spray in each room in a small bottle so we don't have to contact room service to ask for mosquito spray because it takes too long to be delivered, that's all, thank you
