We truly understand how uncomfortable and concerning it must have been to experience yellowish and rusty-smelling water while washing your face and brushing your teeth.
Please be assured that this is not the standard of quality and comfort we aim to provide to our guests. Kindly allow us to explain that the discoloration may occasionally occur due to temporary sediment or residue within the pipeline system. However, we fully understand that this should not interfere with our guests’ comfort and confidence during their stay.
Your feedback has been taken very seriously and immediately followed up by our Engineering team. Thorough flushing and inspection of the water system have been carried out to ensure that the water condition returns to clear, clean, and normal for guest use.
