I didn't regret staying at this hotel. The rooms were clean, the food was delicious, and the staff was friendly. It was comfortable and safe ☺

Overall good. Chef Reni and Chef Vita are very friendly and helpful.

Please pay attention again to all cleanliness in the bathroom.

The hotel's location is in the center of the city, but if we want to eat in the middle of the night, we have to go far out of the hotel, because the room service is not on standby 24 hours, otherwise it's okay.

Good location, limited basement parking space, too few elevators (so many guests but only 2 guest elevators plus 1 service elevator). Wifi is good but unlocked so use with your own risk. Room was clean but for non-smokers I'd suggest booking the non-smoking rooms because the smoking ones smelled of tobacco. Wooden floor boards are nice but with such dark color attention needs to be paid in cleaning the room corners, dust and dirt are easily recognizable on such dark colors. Aircon worked fine. Fridge and safety box in room. Bathroom/toilet was clean, there's hot water, and hose for the sitting toilet. Food was okay, nothing too fancy but everything was acceptable. Pool, gym, spa on 5F when you need to relax. Overall enjoyable stay except for the smell of tobacco in our room, next time will consider just getting the non-smoking room, seriously *facepalm.

Breakfast has many menu choices with a taste that will pamper your tongue, there is a swimming pool that is freely accessible to visitors, both children and adults, with a direct view of the city.. recommended

The room size is big and the bed is also bigger, comfortable, breakfast has quite a lot of choices, unfortunately the kolak is too sweet... overall the hotel is very comfortable...
